They are very responsive seem to be responsible. They don't keep suggesting to upsell did pretty good job.

I'm still in shock, I called B&B Drain Tech after another plumber said he couldn't fix my sink today, he said call B&B Drain, they may be able to help. I call them after 5:00 PM on a Friday and about 10 to 15 minutes later the tech was knocking at my door. A little luck, the tech said he was driving passed my house when I called in. My sink was unstopped within a hour and it had a grease plug all the way to the wall. Sean was friendly and professional, I am just so pleased with this company, the price was good. This service call was perfect. Thank you Sean and B&B Drain.

We were very pleased with the serviceman who came to the house. He fixed the problem and spent a good amount of time explaining what caused the clog and what we could do to avoid it in the future.

The serviceman that came to my house was extremely professional! The company sent someone out to my house quickly since I had a sewer explosion downstairs in my bathroom. It was a complete mess and he came to clean out what had cause the explosion in the first place. He showed me what was going on through the video system they use and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand what had happened and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend using this company if you need this type of service!

RCleaned main drain line by "cabling". Within 24 hours, the problem recurred. One phone call and they sent a tech the next morning. The Initial cleaning with a cable was in effective. Tech recommended inspecting the line with a camera. After identifying rust scale he recommended "jetting" to remove the scale. The service was performed and 12 months has elapsed and the drain remains effective. Because of the recurrence of the problem, I asked for some credit for the first service. My credit card was billed for the first service but no billing was sent for the second service due to an error in the office. (this is a rental property and my name and billing address was lost). I was sent a letter demanding payment a year later that ,I felt, was offensive as if it was my error. I called to discuss this with person who had signed the letter. I was surprised to receive a return call (with in an hour) from the company owner apologizing for the letter. He explained the author was not approved to send out the letter and I was not the only one who complained. He was very gracious and respectful. He offered to write off the remainder of the balance, but I offered to pay the difference as I felt that it was fair. I was very happy with the service and impressed with the honesty of the owner and his desire to satisfy his customer. Two techs were sent out, they were right on time. They inspected every drain, made sure they were all working properly. A rotten plug was found in the basement and replaced. I originally wanted the vent stack to be cleaned out, but the roof is too high for that work to be done by them.

Went well! I called them around 7:30 am. He arrived at 8:30 am. I had a 4 foot section of sewer line completely closed off. I had roots growing in two different directions! The drain tech really worked to get it unclogged! Some plumbers might of given up and said that the line was collapsed, but not B and B! He ended up running some type of water jet thru the drain to completely clean it out. He ran his camera thru the drain and there was no collapse.

It took the provider approx. 15 minutes to clear the water near the drain. The tech was surprised that the process went as quickly and as easily as it did. The gentleman who provided the service was both knowledgeable and pleasant.

The technician tried to auger and some other steps, but was unsuccessful. He explained it was not tree roots, but a lot of sludge build up. A jet spray would be needed to completely free up the drain. He also quoted the price before proceeding. He left to get the equipment needed and another tecnician. They were able to complete the job and even tested it by running water from the washer, bathtub and flushing the toilet. They were also able to give me advice on how to better set up the washer drain so that it would not spill over as it had been doing.

Very professional service throughout. Also, they alerted me to kitchen drain pipe that was in danger of imminent failure and advised me to set up repairs and called All Action Plumbing. I followed their advice and six months later, I can state that everything serviced is working well.

As it turned out, we had a plugged up basement drain line causing water to back up onto our basement floor. I had called at least 6 other area plumbers who either referred us to another plumber, failed to keep an appointment to see the house, or refused to come out at all. We were told we might have broken pipe to be excavated, would probably need a camera run through the line, or just that they didn't do that kind of work. We were afraid of major and expensive repairs. These guys were on the scene within an hour of my call. Instead of enlarging the bill with cameras and other procedures, they simply began by running their cable through the drain pipe--cheapest first. It took a little while, since they had to run it out 95 feet before finding the cause of the drain backup--roots. But with skillful work, they had the drain opened up and flowing freely again before long. They were great and wonderful to deal with. I would call them again whenever we have need.

I recommend the promptness and quality of the work. He was there at 3:30 and I was there at 3:40, he waited on me which was nice.
