The entire process went well. The basement became more a and quot;work in progressand quot; and that was mostly due to the fact that I added things on to the original contract.

We first hired Your Chicagoland Remodeling in January to add a powder room to the first floor unit and do a lot of other jobs around the property before we moved in during February. Chris and his team did outstanding work and finished everything -- the powder room, the painting, the electrical work -- before we moved in. Their workmanship is topnotch, there is clear communication, and the estimates are right on the money. If they run into problems, they will find a solution that works within the budget, and they will consult you before doing the work. Everyone is polite, and Chris is the best. They even repaired the picnic table on the deck when they were doing other carpentry work on the deck! The latest job we used them for involved replacing some bathroom tile. The tile Chris found is almost a perfect match for the existing tile. I couldn't tell tile had been replaced. That's an example of their attention to detail and the high level of workmanship they've exhibited on every job. We highly recommend them.

We love how it all turned out. Chris is easy to work with, punctual, meticulous, and very professional. He is trustworthy and very, very talented. We used him once before and would be happy to use him again.

Once our kitchen and bath were gutted, Chris and his crew gave us a beautiful new living space. In addition to ensuring the walls and floors were level, they installed all our cabinets, tile flooring, counter tops and appliances. Chris was amazingly responsive to calls and came back out for minor issues as they arose. A very professional and talented crew. I would definitely use them again.

Repaired bathroom tiles which were moldy. He removed old tiles, placed new backboard, new tiles along with application of non-mold glue and re-grouted not only the new tiles but up and down the inner creases of the entire wall and caulked around the tub. He was on time and laid down sheets on the living-room floor so as not to track down dirt. He also cleaned up after himself. Great job!

I did not have any work done. The price was more than I was expecting, but when I have the money, I will definitely use them.

Chris showed up on time with another worker. They did an excellent job removing the current tile under the kitchen cabinets and installing all new drywall. They worked very quickly and cleaned up any mess. I was very pleased with the job.

They were all right. They were fair. Besides the electric, they did a good job. The tile is nice and the faucet and toilet work. The workers were wonderful and they did a good job. I don't have any complaints. I probably wouldn't use them again.

I called Chris about five weeks before I wanted the floor installed, as he is always working and I needed a specific time frame for this work to be completed. He met me at my apartment building a few days after I had contacted him, and within a couple of days emailed me his proposal. He called to confirm the night before the project and showed up ontime the following day. The work was done beautifully and they always clean up and haul away any debris. This was the second time Chris has done work for me and I would recommend him to everyone. I will tell you he is not the cheapest....but does the best work!

Chris came in, asked a lot of really good questions, and gave us a very fair quote. While some people we quoted with could barely even keep track of the changes we asked for, Chris not only gave us everything we wanted, he made a lot of smart and helpful suggestions too. He was really a rockstar for us throughout the project. He and his team knocked out the majority of the remodel in about a week in the middle of the holiday season. They showed up on time every morning and worked the full day every day. When we had issues or altered plans mid-project, they took them in stride and gave us what we asked for. At one point they found the drain pipe to the sink was badly corroded and they replaced it without even being asked. I would never have known if they didn't tell me, but they wanted to do the job right, and I think that says a lot. They didn't cover up problems or take shortcuts with the work. After we suffered major setbacks due to problems with materials (cabinets and counter tops coming from another supplier), Chris even came in on a weekend to finish the work so we wouldn't have to wait longer than necessary to use the space again. We greatly appreciated his going above and beyond for us. We're thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality of the work seems excellent and it looks beautiful. We will definitely work with them again on future projects.

I could not be happier with the work Chris and his two man crew did at my home. In the space of 4 and 1/2 days they deconstructed and remodeled my bathroom. The charge of $5575. included labor, the drywall and the paint mostly. I was responsible for buying: tiles for floor and shower, grout and sealer, shower floor and drain, vanity and sink, light over sink, medicine cabinet, ceiling fan, niche kit, all plumbing fixtures for vanity and shower, toilet, towel bar and grab bars. Also, note that Chris does not install the frameless kind of shower door. I used GP Company for that work. See my review on them. Total cost to do my Master bath was $9800. which includes Chris's work which was $5575.00. I paid Chris $2000 before work started, since he had good reviews on Angies List I thought I could trust him, then I was supposed to pay $1000 half way through and the balance on completion. However, he finished so quickly, I ended up giving him the balance of $3575.00 at the end of the job. (so making 2 payments). This crew showed up on time EVERY day, and worked hard all day. They were very clean and respected my house. I will definitely call them when I am ready to do my hall bathroom.

They are go-to contractor. They are very reasonable priced and do great work. When picking out tile for the bathroom, he came with me to pick it out. This made the work go seamlessly and I really appreciated that he took his time to do this. They are meticulous and I will continue to use them in the future. I have had people ask for their reference after seeing the work that was done by them.

We are going to use them again to remodel our kitchen in the near future. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work so it's a no brainer.

Chris and his crew were the best. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were punctual, hard working and paid great attention to detail. Our kitchen was enlarged. Walls and floors were taken out. The electrical was upgraded. Two windows were raised to accommodate the countertop. The heating was altered too. Overall we were very satisfied.

The old deck was here when I bought the house. Over the last couple of years it had become very wobbly. Your Chicagoland remodeling torn down old deck and hauled away. They finished the new deck in about four days. The two worker who worked on my project was very good. They arrived on time, they were very proficient and friendly. The only problem was scheduling, Chris seems to be very busy but when I called or had questions he would always get back to me sooner or later. All and all I would use them again.

This was an excellent job. They were on time and did great work. Very neat. Will use again to remodel hallway bathroom.

Chris was always on time and clean up before leaving for the day. He worked fast for a one man job, which was great. Don't judge fast for sloppy work, it was quality work and material.

The owner was very nice and very professional. They came out right away to give me an estimate but I want a second and third opinion. The time I got to him, he was busy that's why I did not end up using him.

Very well , I would recommend chris any time (in your ile you have his address as Midlothian IL 60445) but on ihs invoice it is wasted as.

They are so excellent, I cannot tell you how good they are! They are so efficient, they hardly leave a mess, they clean everything up, and everything is perfect! The painting done was excellent. I wouldn't call anyone else. They come and they go just like they say they do. They are the best, we have gone through others, and now we will never go to anyone else.
