Chris is an EXCELLENT worker and does great work. We kept adding on little stuff for Chris to do, and he did with NO problems, no issues. He went out of his way to do stuff for us, and whatever we wanted to make us happy. We are thrilled with Chris and hope he wants to work with us for our bathroom and other handyman work (we worried him so much and he was great about everything). We LOVE our new kitchen. We HIGHLY recommend Chris and his crew!

We started off by contacting numerous roofing contractors to take a look at our deteriorating roof. Chris was the only one to get back to me within 24 hours even though it was the weekend. Right from the start Chris seemed like a genuine and knowledgeable individual. He made sure to schedule a time that worked for both of us and was punctual. He provided me with a precise estimate and took into account all of the concerns I had. The crew began work on the day that we established to start work and finished earlier than i expected. The same day the roof was completed Chris showed up and made sure everything was completed as i wanted it to be. A final inspection was performed and i was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The crew did a great job of protecting all of my landscaping and not a single shred of debris was left on my property. They even cleaned my gutters thoroughly. My experience with Your Chicagoland Remodeling was phenomenal. Chris handled everything efficiently with no supervision on my part and most importantly no stress on my behalf. It is evident that Chris takes his work very seriously and doing the extra mile if necessary. Anybody considering using this contractor should understand he is honest, dependable, and understanding of others' needs.

Couple of windows in my house were leaking, not the first time this season and I did not want to spend several thousands dollars on brand new windows so I called Dortmund Construction and asked for help. One of the representatives showed up almost immediately and gave me couple options. I ended up recapping and sealing my old windows, they also replaced all rotten wood and at the same time saved me a lot of my money. I am very happy with my windows ever since and would recommend Dortmund Construction to anyone on the tight budget. Seems there is no job to small or to big for them, I guess these guys do not go by the "xxx windows minimum" policy like the other companies I called prior hiring Dortmund Construction.

Your Chicagoland Remodeling did a complete redesign/renovation of our 4 bedroom House. Aside for a couple of minor hiccups, they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design/blueprints to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company, from the person answering the phone to the owner, care and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly.

Very professional. He takes the time to listen to what I want, and because of his expertise I feel that I can trust his recommendations. He is dependable, starting and finishing the job quickly and keeps in contact with me as needed along the way. Any unexpected situations that may arise are handled promptly and efficiently. The place is left clean when the job is finished. He is very pleasant and easy to do business with.

My husband and I were looking for someone to remodel a powder room and take care of some odds and ends projects around the house. I contacted Christian at Your Chicagoland Remodeling on Oct. 21, 2010, to request an appointment for an estimate. Christian set up an appointment for that evening at 5:15 p.m. Christian and Chris arrived at 5:40 p.m. They did not call to indicate they were running late. When they arrived they were pretty pleasant. They were walked through the home and shown the various things that needed to be done. They said this was the kind of work they could do. Before leaving Christian said he'd call me the following day, after which he would fax or e-mail us an estimate. On Oct. 25, 2010, I left a message for Christian or Chris to e-mail the quote to me. Christian called back and said he would get the quote to me in about 2 hours. he said the quote was for $950 and this included labor. He said the labor would include the grout, anything need to install the sink, anything needed to reinstall the kitchen faucet. He read off the list of tasks and he mentioned all the tasks we discussed. We were going to use them, but they were not going to be available when we needed them.

I loved their service so much that I re-hired them to paint my entire 4b/2b home. They helped me choose the right colors for each living space and I can not thank them enough. We love our new house!

We recently contracted Your chicagoland remodeling to renovate our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath coop in New York City. This was a complete gut renovation, including wall repair, new hardwood flooring, all new kitchen and both bathrooms. Your Chicagoland remodeling handled everything for us, ...‎

This wonderful young man answered his own phone, listened to my problem about my leak in my garage ceiling, and made an appointment to come out. He was here in 2 days. He was on time neat and clean, and very knowledgeable! He knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it for me on the spot! He had to open the drywall in my garage, and follow the water pipes to my bath/shower. Replaced pipes, drains, the drywall. He plastered the drywall, and all damaged areas, and will be back in 2 days to repaint my ceiling. He totally cleaned up everything before he left. He worked long and diligently for 4 hours, and still has to come back to paint. His prices, knowledge, work ethics, and manners, are like the good ol days, when people took pride in their work, and you were charged accordingly . I didn't know that people like this still existed. Chris is all about doing a good job, and almost seems embarrassed to ask to get paid, but he is worth every penny, and then some. I definitely will be recommending him with pride to anyone who needs quality work done. I would trust him to remodel my whole house.

Replaced my outdoor water supply line. The price was more than fair and the work was quickly and professionally done.

The job was really well done. Everything went according to the plan: the project didn't go over the budget and it was done on time. Plus, I didn't notice any deficiencies - I checked everything very carefully after they were done and I have to say, I was very pleased with the results. Also, they were very clean; the tools were put away at the end of each day and the floors were vacuumed. The owner is very detail-oriented and sets high standards at work. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for anybody looking to get the most for their money.

After checking out the site for about a year!! loving everything, but looking elsewhere first, (mistake) we finally made it into Your Chicagoland remodeling and pointed out the display in the showroom that I had been lusting over. Kristopher understood completely how I was thinking in terms or style and simplicity and made many helpful suggestions. Kristopher came out to my home and measured and discussed design details. I used my own contractor for the demolition and wiring and prep but we had Your Chicaagoland Remodeling installer, Kristopher do the actual installation, and he did a beautiful job. My Aster Cucine cabinets look fabulous, everyone loves it,and Kristopher helped me with all kinds of details from advice on appliances, design, to paint colors. Kristopher even came out to my apartment to help me decide on the Ceaserstone countertop color, which she really did just as a favor because she is passionate about her work, as their part of the project was already completed
