Description of Work: The main drain to my apartment building was clogged due to a broken pipe outside. Bob identified the place to dig and then quickly fixed the broken outdoor drain. I priced around and Bob's prices were low in comparison to others. I would NOT hesitate to call Bob again.

Description of Work: I had a new toilet installed in January but it never worked completely right. In the last few days it would not flush completely at all no matter how much I plunged it. I finally found this company last night and they agreed to come out first thing this morning. Bob (the owner) found my new toilet was defective. He and his partner went to Menards, retrieved a new one (same model, make) and installed it. They disposed of the old toilet (the last time I had a toilet installed the plumber left the old one in my dining room).
