Description of Work: Spoke with Greg Neis on March 18th made a appt. to look at a problem with my freezer. He was sure he knew what the problem was, said it wouldn't cost much to fix. I just said to please wait until he was able to look at the problem before quoting price. He arrived 20 mins late, looked at the problem told my husband that he needed to order a 100.00 part. He never called us back with the part so I called he myself. He informed me that he never ordered the part needed and that he no longer wanted to do the job. He said the job would be too difficult for him to fix because he was getting too old! Before he worked on it freezer was producing Ice now It does not.
