Description of Work: they promised to chip up my limbs and leave in a pile which was in the contract that I payed for and to this day 10-1-2014 I still do not have my wood chips!!!

+ -1 moreHeartland was selected to do the work and, once again, arrived promptly on the date of service. The requested work consisted of both tree trimming and the replacement of a trim strip that had blown off the front of my house. Heartland owns a bucket truck and this equipment was used to do both jobs quickly and safely. The highest complement I can pay any business is that they exceeded my expectations and Heartland certainly did that. The impression I got was that they weren't happy unless the customer was happy and that makes them a business I'll happily use again and recommend to others.
Description of Work: Initial contact with Heartland Tree and Service Co. was via prompt call-back from a message left on the company answering machine. A time was set for a free, no obligation quote. Heartland arrived on time, took the time necessary to answer all questions and a written quote was provided.
