Very inconsistent schedule. Holes (nail) not filled before painting. Both kitchen and bathroom plumbing leaded. Very poor paint job. Missed many areas.
Description of Work: Installed floating floors. Cut and install trim, two folding doors, kitchen and bathroom plumbing and new sinks, cabinets, painted kitchen and back porch and bathroom.

A job that was supposed to cost $12,000 ended up costing $31,000. Over the years I've been more and more disappointed in the work, but last week when the live electrical wires were found that pushed my button and thus this post. It is one thing to do sloppy work, it is another thing to threaten the lives of people, their pets, and their home. Clarification....my husband wanted me to clairfy that all "ceiling" sheetrock cracked not side wall seems. I would also like to add something I had forgotten. The handrail for our stairway was positioned on the wall to where one has to bend down and lean forward at the top of the stairs to grab it. Then as you go down the stairs, the hand rail goes up, and by the time you are at the bottom of the steps, the handrail is more at waist to lower chest level.
Description of Work: We hired Bailey's to complete our unfinished upstairs. A guy named Chuck was put in the lead. Chuck spent much more time away from our home than here. I ran into him with his family at Walmart in the middle of the day on more than one occasion. Allowed them to continue work one week while away on vacation. They painted angled ceilings but did not use painters tape, corners that should have been "crisp lines" were obviously hand painted and sloppy. Chuck did not use spacers when he laid tile in our shower. As a result the "eye catching" tile border slants up as it goes across the wall, it was supposed to be even. They left us with a brand new bathroom with NO hot water. Since that time all, and I do mean all, sheetrock seams have cracked and are visible. And just this past week when a heating and air guy crawled into a crawlspace in our upstairs he found three LIVE wires which Bailey's had left openly exposed in the crawlspace. There is more I could report but I think you get the picture. Sterling (owner) is Johnny On The Spot on Fridays when he comes around to collect $$$$ but otherwise....not so much!
