Ron Bailey Heating & Ac Service

Ron Bailey has serviced the heating and air conditioning systems in our home for many years and was doing so when we purchased the property nine years ago. At that time he installed a new furnace, but advised us to continue using the air conditioner because it was working satisfactorily. He haas continued to service our systems annually at a very reasonable fee. A recent check on the air conditioner showed that the motor was frozen and that it would need more freon to operate. Mr. Bailey advised us that it finally was time to replace the air conditioning unit. He suggested a Carrier unit which we had him install. We obtained a quote from another firm before making the purchase. That firm's unit was a little cheaper, but the efficiency rating was considerably lower. And, we know that Mr. Bailey's continuing serviced will be excellent.
