Tom was great and covered all aspects of implementing spray foam to ceilings and exterior walls. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous as well. A must to use if considering spray foam insulation in any part of home or business.

The initial consult was very thorough and educational, so that we had a reasonable understanding of where it made sense to invest in additional insulation. There were a number of recommendations regarding upgrades we could easily make by ourselves. Because our house was built in 1907, we also welcomed a referral to another licensed professional who used infrared photography and a vacuum procedure to determine where we were losing the most energy and identify how the targeted areas might be accessed.

I would use them again.

Dryer vent cleaning. This is not a straight forward set up. The washer and dryer are stacked in a small area on the second floor of the house. The vent goes vertically up 8 feet inside a wall to the attic and then about 15 feet horizontally through the attic and a chimney chase. The vent exits the house approximately 25 feet above ground level. I considered this a difficult job due to the small inside working area and the need to climb so high on the outside to clear the ?bird cage? over the vent external opening. The men performing the work did so in a professional manner. I am very pleased with the result.

Tom came out to measure and educate me on the products they use. He really knew his stuff and answered all of my questions. One thing to be aware of, once the weather turns cold, they are booked up quick. During the estimate, Tom said they were booked 2-3 months out. The bid came in right on target. Luckily for me, I was able to get scheduled only 9 days after my estimate. The installers showed up right on time and got to work. About 5 hours later they were done and the place was very clean. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Asked for a quote in mid-January and Tom arrived to survey needs and made recommendations. Was looking for insulation and some sound reduction from the main floor into the basement. Had a great deal of air leaks on the foundation and well it's cold in Illinois in Jan so the furnance was working overtime, he recommended the standard 1/2 lb product. The Icynene spray foam expands to fill the gaps but does not harden like some other foam. And since it's water based, it sticks to everything. I spent about two weeks preparing the basement ceiling by moving and securing any ductwork and electrical wires. Did have to clear out the rooms since the workers needed to coat everything with plastic to prevent overspray. We posponed the work by two weeks due to a huge snow storm and a business trip I had to make. The reschedule was not a problem. Got the work crew in on 3 March for the two day job. I thought it would take longer since the basement is 2500 sqr feet with over 190 feet of sill plate, but the three person crew as done in two days. They did a great job of cleaning up the basement. Other than a bit of overspray on an old carpet, everything went great. I am planning on having Tom quote a job in the garage later this summer.

First, they came and insulated the rim joist, basement ceiling, and attic area of our home with Icynene Spray Foam. They returned and cleaned our ducts and dryer vent. They were on time, friendly, and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves when they finished each pahse of our jobs.

The guys were on time, did a wonderful job, was very polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a little extra. What more can you ask for? Excellent!!!

ATC was an excellent company to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and even cheaper than I can do it myself given the Ameren and IRS rebates. The total cost for properly sealing and insulating a 1500 sqft attic came to $600 after rebates. I was impressed with the work ethic of the employees and the responsiveness of the company given the challenges in dealing with Ameren. They were very up front about the situations with Ameren yet still "funded" my project. The results speak for themselves with the lowered utility costs and more comfortable home.

They were very responsive to my original e-mail for a bid. The gentlemen showed up on time and was very informative. After he left I had a couple of additional questions and he was quick to get back with me to help me understand. The insulators arrived promptly on the agreed upon date. They were very careful not to leave a mess - used drop clothes, etc. They were careful to make sure that I understood what I was getting and what it would and would not do. All in all a nice group of men.

The team from the service team on the phone, the estimator, and the workers were all very professional, courtious, and hard workers. All our phone calls were returned promptly, all trash picked up, and it was like they were never there! Great service and I would highly recommend them.

These guys were fantastic! When having a home built, we decided to upgrade to spray foam insulation to get a better product. We talked with ATC and learned how well their product worked and were sold. They worked with the contractor and even put up with being delayed by other people who's work needed to be done first. I watched them install the insulation and they did an extremely thorough and professional job. They even fixed some issues that other services had not done very well. When they were finished, they cleaned up not only the mess from their insulation but all the garbage that the other subcontractors left laying around. Their product works great and they are easily the best people we have ever hired to do work for us.
