+ 0 morePerfect. The machine was fixed on the same day as the evaluation. The provider had the needed parts in his van. The repair saved me from buying a new machine. Since repair the machine is working great. I am glad I also had the lint cleaned. Once the machine was opened up I could see how the lint had gathered around the internal drum area where it would be difficult for me to clean. Very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Provider diagnosed the problem. Explained to me the options and rational between options. He had thorough knowledge about the product. Took off the large drum in the machine and replaced the ball bearings, cleaned out the lint in the machine, and cleaned out the exhaust pathway of the machine. Since this machine is used in a business application where downtime is significant, the provider was able to give me next day service [called late in afternoon]. and evaluation.
