Description of Work: Overall, I enjoyed their work. We purchased a big deal, but ended up paying more for additional service. My only complaint is that two of my decorative glasses were broken in the process. She was apologetic, and I realize accidents happen, but it sort of kept me from calling back.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for 3 hours of housecleaning by 1 cleaner or 1.5 hours by 2 cleaners. Two cleaners showed up, but they were so slow they took more than 4 hours to clean my home, at additional cost of course. And they cleaned my home office after I told them not to. They did a good job, but I finally had to ask them to wrap it up because I had to get busy in the kitchen preparing food for a family gathering. I've used other cleaning services in the past and never did it take 4 hours. We have a three-bedroom, two-bath home, two adults, no kids, no pets, no clutter. I feel this "big deal" was just a come-on to charge more than I bargained for.

Compared to 'others' used PRIOR to Super Clean, they are superior and true Profesionals in this very competitive industry. 'Head over Heels' above ALL OTHERs I have hired over the years.

I have used Super Clean for over 2 years. They have done regular monthly cleaning of my apartment as well as periodic deep cleaning of my upstairs apartments when I have had tenants turn over. They also recently did a deep cleaning after I had the floors refinished, which resulted in massive sawdust everywhere including on my wood blinds. They have always done an excellent job of cleaning and have been very responsive when I have asked for any kind of special or out of the ordinary service. Their price is also very competitive. I highly recommend this business. 10/8/14 I have discontinued using this provider due to several incidents which have happened over the past several months with referrals to clients. I do not recommend this provider.
