We were very happy with the work that they came out to do for us. They were not pushy and weren't trying to sell us anything that we didn't need. They had an excellent response time. They explained the options to us very clearly and left the choice up to us.

Sent an e-mail request to Earl regarding a broken sewer line asked for availability and approximate cost. Never received a response. Project completed by LINCOLN SEWERAGE & DRAINAGE.

Our toilets have flushed poorly since we moved into our home five years ago. Earl came out to perform a video inspection of our sewer line, but when he looked at our situation he told us a video inspection might not be necessary. He recommended that we try switching toilet paper instead. He also took the time to educate us on sewer systems and suggested we could benefit from installing better flushing toilets. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary services, and didn't even charge us for a service call! We really appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to anyone with sewer problems.

I called early on a Saturday morning and Earl was able to perform the work that same afternoon. He was on time, polite and professional. He took the time to answer any questions I had and even make a few suggestions. I would use the service again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

My call was returned very promptly. I arranged a schedule after hours with no issues. Earl arrived at my house on time on both times. He was very professional and very patient in explaining what he was doing.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE BID THE WORK AND DID THE WORK. HE PULLED A PERMIT. HE WAS VERY THROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.

EARL WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL THROUGH THE COMPLETED SERVICE. HIS SERVICE WAS JUST AS REPRESENTED ON HIS WEBSITE. I WAS TOLD MY SEWER LINE WAS BROKEN IN TWO PLACES, AFTER AN ATTEMPTED RODDING BY ANOTHER COMPANY, AND WOULD NEED TO BE DUG UP AND REPLACED AT A COST OF $2800. I CALLED EARL FOR A SECOND OPINION, ACTUALLY HE CALLED ME BACK TO SEE IF I NEEDED HIS SERVICES. I TOLD HIM WHAT WAS FOUND AND HE SUGGESTED A VIDEO INSPECTION AT LEAST TO CONFIRM THE FIRST ESTIMATE. HE SAID THAT OUT OF ALL THE WORK HE DOES IN A YEAR, HE'S ABLE TO CLEAR ALL BUT MAYBE TWO LINES, AND HE WAS PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT WOULD BE THE CASE HERE. HE WAS EXACTLY RIGHT. HIS VIDEO INSPECTION SHOWED NO BREAK IN THE LINE, AND HE WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE AND ROOTS ALL THE WAY TO THE STREET. HE THEN RE-VIDEOED THE LINE TO CONFIRM THE WORK. EARL ANSWERED HIS PHONE EVERYTIME I CALLED, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND PERFORMED THE SERVICES EXACTLY AS STATED. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.

IT IS OBVIOUS THAT EARL IS A PROFESSIONAL WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I ORIGINALLY CALLED HIM TO CLEAN OUR CATCH BASIN, BUT HIS INSPECTION REVEALED THAT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY AT THIS TIME. HIS HONESTY TRANSLATED TO A REAL DOLLAR SAVINGS FOR ME. HE IS EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND CLEAN. HE SEEMS TO HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF DRAIN SYSTEMS AND OWNS THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR THEM. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM AGAIN. HE HAS EARNED MY TRUST.
