I have held off on posting a review because I was hoping for a resolution. However, I've been waiting since May and it's now October. I hired this company twice. Each time they mismeasured the windows. The first batch of windows were installed incorrectly with the weep holes for water drainage blocked by the sill. Their own installer said they were a "tight fit." Custom windows should NEVER be a tight fit... they should fit just right. The second time they mismeasured the windows by nearly a foot, and they had to cut the framing of the living room open to accommodate. They left a mess of shards of glass in my lawn because they used hammers to remove the old glass. They were supposed to fix the weep holes. They have sent people out at least three times who all said that these were done incorrectly. They have not yet fixed any of the problems. I'm attaching photos to show how there's no way that water can drain from the window well which was pointed out to me when I had my windows washed professionally. They have been consistently late, the quality is lacking, and they aren't supporting their product or service. I have tried to be patient and supportive of a local small business. However, they have been paid in full but will not fully warrant their work from defects so far.
