FLOORED BY CARR

We are not satisfied at all with the job they did. It's been almost a year and we still have some tiles popping up. We have had to have our son try to fix the problem, but we fixed one end just so another one can come undone. Its unbelievable how unprofessional they were. We want to fix it, but see it's no use in doing so. We'll have to do it all over again. I don't recall the amount charged because my husband paid. When we're ready we'll look into other Angie's List recommendations.

They did what they said they would do, installed new kitchen floor. They had to be called back to redo basement stairs and landing, because they did not line up with kitchen floor tile and four(4) other spots needed to be caulked or redone, because of holes caused by cutting the tiles short. They also raised the floor so that the dishwasher could not be removed without pulling up the new floor and sub-flooring.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SALES AND ESTIMATES WERE BAD. WE WAITED FOR TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY LOOKED AT THE JOB FOR OUR ESTIMATE. THEN WE ONLY RECEIVED A BATH ESTIMATE WHILE THEIR RECORDS SHOWED BOTH GIVE TO US. WE PROVIDED THE BRAND AND NUMBER FOR THE CERAMIC TILE, BUT THEY SAID WE DIDNT. I ASKED FOR A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, BUT THEY OUTRIGHT REFUSED.
