+ -1 moreThey came when they were supposed to. They explained what they needed to do. They didn’t have a particular part so he had to order for me and then he said, I have to order and pick it up. I’ll probably be back the next day. They did the job that they were supposed to do and they did it in a timely manner. They were professional in regard to if they made a mess they cleaned it up. They were just professional in that way. Nothing they could have done better that I can think of at this time. If I was still in the area, I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They had to replace some body sprays in the shower in the master bath.

+ -1 moreI paid nothing because the company is a subcontractor of our builder. For two consecutive appointments, they were more than an hour late, not leaving their office until the time they were supposed to be there. On another occasion, they opened up a sewer pipe in the basement with no plan to catch anything that came out. There was a gallon of sewage everywhere that ruined carpets and pad. I would be leery about dealing with them, especially if paying.
Description of Work: They replaced a cracked tank and routed out a pipe.
