Used the online contact form, and three weeks later got a call from Sue to schedule an appointment. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time, no call. The next day Sue seemed almost irritated that I was bringing up the no-show. I was promised that Gino would be out that same afternoon, and got a call a few minutes later confirming that it was on his schedule. Once again, total no-show, no call, no nothing. With everyone home and stimulus checks in their pockets, everyone is doing home projects, and I'm sure Aqua Fiori has more business than they can handle. That certainly won't always be the case, and the way they treat customers when things are good will inform how customers treat them when things are lean. They'd do well to remember that.

I called and spoke with Denise and was told that Gino would call to set up an appointment. After several days without a response, I called again and left a message on their answering machine. I never received a call. If they were too busy to do the work, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated.

Workers arrived promptly as scheduled, worked efficiently and explained the operation of the new system controller, which works very well. Cost was within range estimated, though on the high side. The bill did not arrive until months after the job was completed.

He did two things. Fixed one sprinkler head and there is some kind of thing like a water regulator that they had to replace. Their price was too high. They knew their trade. Anything that they do is quality work. I have no complaints other than their price.

It was great because it was a busy time of year for them and they came the same day I called as the other companies were booked for at least 2 weeks.

Gino, the owner, came out and talked over everything with me. Gave a thorough quote with options. Workers were professional and did a great job. The system works perfect, and it is nice not to have to remember to turn it on and off. More importantly, it is great that I am not watering my lawn when it is raining outside!!

Very responsive throughout the process. Installation went smoothly with absolutely no disruption to our landscaping. Would definitely recommend.

Technician fixed the leak, restoring correct pressure to rest of system. Also showed me how to adjust sprinkler head pressure and even left his little allen wrench adjuster tool for me.

Because I have had good experiences with this company in the past I called and made an appointment. They came out, did good, fast work and charged a reasonable amount for it. Now, I am waiting for the village to reimburse me. If they don't come through I will will a bad report about my village.

I love Aqua Fiori (very cool name, too!). Just bought a house that had an existing sprinkler system that was installed by another company (which had bad reviews here). I saw Aqua Fiori at a neighbor's house, and asked how they liked the company. They had only good things to say, so I had Aqua Fiori come out and restart our system (it had been winterized). They were wonderful! The woman who answered the phone was super nice and courteous. The guy who came and did the work was also great. A few days later, I found that I needed an adjustment. I called again -- got the same great feeling from the phone call. They scheduled me for the the next day. No charge for the adjustment. Yes to Aqua Fiori!

I think they are really great. I am a gardener, so I cut through my system quite frequently and they always come right out to fix it for me. They did just great blowing the system out and I have no complaints. The charge always varies depending on the parts and labor of the job. They are reasonable I think. Like I said, it really depends on the complication of the job. I am happy with them and feel they are worth a good recommendation.
