They fixed it right away, under 30 minutes - I was thankful to find a company that could fix my home elevator phone. The technician was extremely friendly and easy to work with, they were able to schedule my service right away and fix it in one appointment with equipment they had in the truck.

Really nice guy and great service.  He came by once to take a look at the project, then scheduled a date to do the work.  He arrived on time and worked quickly (which was nice because I was being charged on the hour).  I'm very pleased with the service.
