Description of Work: AC INSTALL AND REPLUMB |Didn't install what they said they could install, no effort to contain dust/dirt, want more money to fix what they did, very hot downstairs unless I make a meat locker upstairs

Description of Work: First the installed a whirlpool bath I had purchased from them. They did an excellent job. Next I purchased and they installed a water softener. Again the quality of the work was excellent. Have had no problems with either the tub or the water softener. My only concern with Grassers is their price. They are very pricey !

Description of Work: Replaced a water heater. The serviceman was professional, friendly, and efficient. The price quoted was the price I paid. I called other plumbing companies and chose Grasser which gave me the best price.

Description of Work: I have a rental property i town and had their licensed plumbers come to fix a leaking toilet i the upper unit, THREE TIMES. The last time the idiot shimmed the toilet up off the floor and it leaked down. It ruined the walls, the cabinets in the kitchen and one floor, twice. They did not know how to do it. I had to hire another plumber to fix it. It does not leak anymore because the second company fixed it correctly.
