Instead of a sales rep, the owner of Fencemasters, Rick was the only person I talked to. He was easy to work with and all promises that were made were done perfectly. The carpenter, Fransisco, who did the work, was a true craftsman. It was an enjoyable experience!

After the service contract was signed and Rick got the permit we had a newly installed fence in about two weeks. It looks terrific. Augusto worked by himself in terrible heat and still got it done in two days. It is perfect. And the best part it is guaranteed not to fall down in up to 70 miles an hour wind.

Rich helped figure out how to fence the area so that it worked around an existing patio and walkway and looked good. He replaced latches on the pool fence that haven’t worked right since I bought the house. The new fence matches the existing pool fence perfectly and looks great! The crew was prompt and professional and left the yard spotless.

Woodmaster responded to inquiry quickly, priced work very well and set up date in reasonable time since all outdoor schedules were off because of number of days lost to rain. Appointment was set up and they were on time, preformed work in a very workman like manner, cleaned up and removed all debris. I was very pleased with entire job and would certainly hire them again. This was a small job and it was handled the same as if I replaced entire fence

The gentleman that came worked extremely hard to finish our fence in one day by himself. He did a great job and we are impressed with the quality of our fence. Everything was built on site. Communication with owner was great. We'd highly recommend Woodmaster fence

Had a broken fence replaced with cedar and metal posts and a separate new fence with pressure treated lumber installed. I specified the type of new fence (not common in this area) and it was done to perfection. I found one little problem after completion, mentioned it to Rick, and the guys came within a day to fix it. All in all, I am very pleased and would use this company again.

Intially we were a little concerned because our project was pushed back due to substantial rain. However, once they began they were punctual, very polite and did just a fantastic job on what I would conisder a bit more difficult than the standard job. Our yard is very large and graded, our fence looks wonderful and we couldnt be happier. Every board was nailed by hand and they completed the entire job in 2 days in pretty extreme heat. We will reccommend to our friends.

I had several posts around my swimming pool that were leaning/heaving due to the amount of ground water around the pool. Rick called me back on the same day that I called his office asking for a quote. I described the work to Rick over the phone and he was able to give me a quote immediately. He gave me a quote that was per post, so that if I wanted to add any additional posts I could do it while his worker was onsite. Rick's worker arrived onsite as scheduled. He was polite and professional. I showed him the 6 posts that I needed to have reset. He evaluated the posts and suggested that 1 other post be reset in order to allow the finished product to be as level as possible. All of the posts that were reset are plumb and the attached fencing is level. The fence looks brand new!

Rick was very responsive to come out and give an estimate. The work was completed on time and was a good quality. I didn't do a lot of research on pricing but think the price was competitive although I thought it was expensive - over $900 for 7 wood posts replaced which took 2 men less than 3 hours.

It was a terrific experience and if I have need I will definitely use Woodmaster fence again. Rick. Walked me through the entire Fenceline explaining what he would do and gave me some great suggestions to keep the posts from rotting out in the future. I now have a beautiful fence with steel posts and very pleased. High recommendations and a big thanks to Rick and his team.

Communication at first was a bit challenging and I found them to be a little condescending as we were trying to get a fence that suited our needs but that was still in our budget, but once the deposit was received, the attitude toward us seemed to change. Our fence is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The guys who installed the fence were extremely fast and efficient and the quality is outstanding. Looking forward to lots of backyard activity now.

We had just adopted a dog, and that was our primary reason for fencing in the yard. Rick provided us with suggestions to make sure the fence not only served its purpose, but looked great as well - he talked through different height options, as well why the use the type of wood they use (red cedar), and took the time to prepare three different quotes as we figured out what would work best. The guys who came to install were very friendly and professional, and the work was done in a day. We're very happy with the end product and would certainly use them again. One recommendation I would make is to be sure that you're prepared for the work to be done at any time once you've put down a deposit - we were given a general estimate of about 3 weeks, which was pretty accurate considering that some of it is dependent on weather; however, when the installation was ultimately scheduled, we only had about 24 hours notice, so had to adjust work schedules a bit and spend the evening before breaking down a small structure we had in the fence line (although, kind of our fault for procrastinating!). All in all, totally worth it for the end result!! It's also worth a mention that we felt the price was very reasonable after comparing with other quotes we received.

I could not possibly say enough good things about these guys! Their work was exceptional! From start to finish I knew exactly what to expect. Price was competitive and materials were great. When they tell you to go with the steel posts, do it! It is more than worth of the small cost difference. Work was completed less than a day ago and I am already referring them to friends.

We had a few sections of our wooden privacy fence damaged in the excessive wind storm earlier this week. After deciding on this company based on the Angie reviews, I called to ask if the repairs could be accomplished this late in the year (December and bitter cold). I explained that we have a German Shepherd and need our fence. The owner came out the next day, provided us a proposal and had his crew on site on the following day. The work was done perfectly. The clean-up was neat and tidy. The workmen were polite and professional. I couldn’t have asked for or expected more. I am not easily impressed but this company exceeded my expectations. The most impressive part of my experience was when I asked for a quote to replace my 157’ fence in the Spring and was told by Richard (the owner) that the fence didn’t need to be replaced and should serve us for another several years, once repaired. That type of honesty is truly rare in the construction industry. Thank you for the level of service your company provided.

Very welI and they did a great job. The guys that came out to do the job were very nice. They even fixed a wood panel on my fence that needed to be nailed back. I would recommend them and I would use them again for projects at my home

The work went well. The fencing had to be ordered which delayed the install by 5 or 6 weeks. Rick kept us informed and took care of the paperwork. The work was completed promptly and so far we are very satisfied.

Rick was prompt in getting out to visit us, needed a little prodding to get us the estimate, but ended up being very fair. He was helpful in designing the fence, giving us lots of options.

Woodmasters first of all gave me a price that beat other estimates hands down. They responded in a timely manner and worked with me to complete the fence at a time that suited my schedule. Workers showed up promptly and began the project. They went above and beyond to ensure all was how I wanted it. They helped clear my overgrown trees to make room as well as save my personal boards that was still useful and old fence solar lights I forgot about. They handled all from permit to inspections. Build the fence on site to how I wanted it. Used great wood and very solid built! Gates built on site to my specifications and hung on 4x6 instead of 4x4. Fence is beautiful, solid and straight!!

Good. They were on time and did good work. Rehung the gate and also dumped some concrete around the post of another gate. They took excess dirt to low areas of the fence line where animals gain access to my yard
