Everything turned out very well. They did a good job and were very professional. They were on time, got back to us quickly, and finished in two days. We were very happy with them.

Nothing to tell. Never got the estimate because salesman or whomever did not show up.

Rick came out on a Saturday to give us a quote. He took his time and explained everything to my husband. As promised, he emailed the quotes to me (we requested three different fence quotes and he gave us all of them). He was very courteous and said we would be happy with the fence, and we are delighted. His prices were the best we received, but we did not go with them because of only that, they were just overall the nicest company to deal with. His workers are courteous and very respectful of your landscaping.

Rick came out and gave us an estimate, which seemed reasonable for the work we wanted done. The installers arrived as scheduled, and the fence was constructed on site. We especially like the arbor and have gotten compliments from several neighbors.

Job was completed promptly to my satisfaction.

They did fantastic work, Rick took extra time to walk and mark off the fence line with me so that my wife and I knew what flowers we would have to move. True to his word, their work was amazing. They did a shadow-box fence, and one of the reasons I decided to go with Rick is that he explained that Woodmaster uses wider panels and tighter spacing than most other fence companies, so there is less area and smaller angles to see through. His work was exactly as he described - it looks perfect. Woodmaster also builds the fence from scratch (they don't use pre-fab panels) this means if your property is on an incline there wont be any large gaps at weird step-like transitions in the fence. The workers even took care to work around our flowers, which were right on the fence line. I would highly recommend Woodmaster - lowest estimate and fantastic work!

We found this company in the phone book. They came to give us an estimate, which was fair. We thought that they were prompt. They did the work and were neat and clean. They gave us a follow up call.

Overall experience was excellent! Rick responded to my request and was able to schedule the work a week ahead of originally promised. The price was charged as quoted and Rick and his partner were friendly and did the work performed as promised with quality workmanship.

Rick met me at my newly contracted home in Cary before I moved in. He came with little notice and was there on time. He spent a long time walking the fence line, listening to my ideas and answering my questions, just as I'd hoped, and making excellent suggestions I'd not considered, especially about the safety of my grandchildren and dog bites from either side of the fence. I knew right away he was the fence contractor for us. Still, I visited recent fences he built in my current area and they were very nicely done. I faxed him the property survey as soon as I received it from the seller and he arranged the permit and JULIE notations. Ten days after I moved in, my fence was completed and the old ones hauled away. Rick came everyday to assist and inspect the two builders, who also were very nice & professional. And he was always availiable by phone; his office staff was very helpful. Our fence is beautiful, symetrical, functional, very well made!
