Description of Work: Rick was very responsive. The repairman arrived on the day they said he would be there. The repairman was polite. The repair was completed quickly. All debris was hauled away. Fence looks great and you could not tell any work had been done.

Description of Work: WOODMASTER FENCE constructed a 6' high, 96' length fence on our property line to visually separate our yard from our neighbors to the west. As our backyard has quite a downward slope to it, owner Richard Manderscheid suggested that we add a landscape timber base beneath the fence line in order to give us visual privacy throughout the yard. Although this base doubled the cost of the installation, we are very pleased with the end result as Rich restored our backyard sanctuary!

Description of Work: I had two fence posts replaced, two fence gates fixed, and a fence panel reattached. They were on time and finished the job in about 2 hours (or less). Description of Work: Woodmaster Fence did a fantastic job with our fence. Rick was very professional from start to finish. We had a minor miscommunication on the placement of the fence due to a neighbors unknown sprinkler head, but Rick was ready to do whatever was necessary to make us happy. As promised, he emailed the quotes to me (we requested three different fence quotes and he gave us all of them). He was very courteous and said we would be happy with the fence, and we are delighted. His prices were the best we received, but we did not go with them because of only that, they were just overall the nicest company to deal with. His workers are courteous and very respectful of your landscaping.
Description of Work: Gave us a quote for a fence, installed the fence...had to work around a ton of landscaping and did no damage to our's or our neighbor's. We are very happy with the overall results.

+ -1 moreRick came out and gave us an estimate, which seemed reasonable for the work we wanted done. The installers arrived as scheduled, and the fence was constructed on site. We especially like the arbor and have gotten compliments from several neighbors.
Description of Work: Woodmaster replaced the two front sections of our fence, added a gate on one side and an arbor on the other side. They removed and hauled away the old fence.

+ -1 moreThey did fantastic work, Rick took extra time to walk and mark off the fence line with me so that my wife and I knew what flowers we would have to move. True to his word, their work was amazing. They did a shadow-box fence, and one of the reasons I decided to go with Rick is that he explained that Woodmaster uses wider panels and tighter spacing than most other fence companies, so there is less area and smaller angles to see through. His work was exactly as he described - it looks perfect. Woodmaster also builds the fence from scratch (they don't use pre-fab panels) this means if your property is on an incline there wont be any large gaps at weird step-like transitions in the fence. The workers even took care to work around our flowers, which were right on the fence line. I would highly recommend Woodmaster - lowest estimate and fantastic work!
Description of Work: Rick came out, gave me a very competitive estimate and explained what would make his fence and his services superior to any other company.

+ -1 moreRick met me at my newly contracted home in Cary before I moved in. He came with little notice and was there on time. He spent a long time walking the fence line, listening to my ideas and answering my questions, just as I'd hoped, and making excellent suggestions I'd not considered, especially about the safety of my grandchildren and dog bites from either side of the fence. I knew right away he was the fence contractor for us. Still, I visited recent fences he built in my current area and they were very nicely done. I faxed him the property survey as soon as I received it from the seller and he arranged the permit and JULIE notations. Ten days after I moved in, my fence was completed and the old ones hauled away. Rick came everyday to assist and inspect the two builders, who also were very nice & professional. And he was always availiable by phone; his office staff was very helpful. Our fence is beautiful, symetrical, functional, very well made!
Description of Work: Removed three pieces of old fencing. Installed a new, treated, red cedar fence. Four feet tall around the perimeter of my backyard. Pickets are a full 4" width and spaced 1.5" apart. The posts are capped. It was done in a convex (arching) style. My lot is approx. 66 x 132'.
