+ -1 moreVAL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS NOT PRESENT, BUT MY WIFE WAS. SHE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT VAL HAD TOLD HER. HE CAME ON TIME, CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, EDUCATED US, AND CHARGED US NOTHING. I WILL BE HAPPY TO CALL HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH AN ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT IN THE KITCHEN. THE BREAKER WAS GOING OFF. VAL CAME OUT, SHOWED US HOW OUR G.F.I. FIXTURES WORKED, AND CHARGED US NOTHING. HE ALSO LOOKED AT THE BATHROOMS. HE SAID THOSE SHOULD BE UPDATED AS WELL.

+ -1 moreInitially spoke with owner, Val Peterson, who was very professional. He said that he would try to get somebody out the same day, which he did. Jay, who performed the service, was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Description of Work: Checked out and repaired a problem we were having with an electrical outlet. Also, answered other electrical related questions and concerns.
