Peter was great. He was punctual and he didn't overcharge or try to sell me stuff we didn't need.

Mr. Svaras was very helpful and professional. He was very good about contacting me to coordinate our appointment and arrived right on time. He spent time reviewing the situation to determine the cause of the ice damming and clear it temporarily but also provide a plan for repairs when the weather permits. He also pointed out a couple other areas to investigate for the same issue. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and answered any questions I had to make sure I understood the plan going forward. I was very happy with his service and decided to use his company again to inspect our roof in the Spring and implement whatever repairs are needed.

We are new homeowners and when purchasing our house the home inspector as well as the insurance company told us we needed a new roof. As soon as Spring came, we began looking for a company. Svaras was one of three companies we worked with for quotes. They had the best price and best reviews on Angie's List. We also checked with people in the area about the work of Svaras. We were a bit delayed with start time because of rain, however, Svaras Roofing communicated well to keep us up to date for approximate time of completion. The work was completed on a Saturday. They arrived on time. A full tear-off and re-roof of the house, garage, and shed were all completed in one day. All men showed good professionalism and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. Thank you Svaras Roofing!!

There was no problems with the work. The job was completed during the winter and it was cold, snowing, and raining. Because of this, they didn’t have the best of clean up that they would have had during the summer. The job was completed within one week. I was satisfied with the work.

As for Svaras Roofing Inc., the work was done so long ago, and the price at the time seemed reasonable. I cannot remember the details. I was satisfied with the work done. I was working at the time, I left in the morning and by the time I came home it was done. I had only one question that I should have asked him at the time, and that is, should all the nails that are applied to the roofing protrude on the inside, in such a way, that if you stood up you would get stabbed on the head? We have a skylight that needed replacement, so I was concerned about leaks. We got a new roof, a new skylight and we have been dry and happy for years. The work was good quality and the people professional.

Very good experience. Referred from a friend. Ironically, we never met Svaras, all communication was done over the phone. He looked at our roof while we were at work and left a very detailed, professional, and clear quote. He let us know straight off he could "pencil" us in a couple of weeks later, depending on the wrap up date of a previous job and also on weather. He did move us up a couple of days and contacted us before to let us know this. Work was completed in 2 days instead of 1, only because it turned out the roof framing was loose and the roofers had to buy some large nails to re-attach them at no extra cost to us. Very professional all round. Svaras himself was very pro-active with information. Gutters were oversized and have not overspilled even in the greatest of downpours. Roof is holding up and looks great.

WE HAVE CEDAR SIDING AND HE TOLD US WE NEEDED TO CUT THE SIDING & INSTALL A SMALL BOARD. HE DAMAGED THE SIDING WHILE CUTTING & TOLD US THIS WAS NORMAL WHEN YOU CUT WOOD. EVEN THOUGHT HE CAULKED THE SIDING IT STILL LEFT A TORN EDGE HE NEVER CORRECTED.
