The experience from beginning (meaning when we first visited the showroom) to end could not have been easier. When I described what I was looking for, the sales person knew exactly what I was talking about and presented me with a wonderful, large sample. Measuring and installation went exactly as planned. They even were ready to install our new countertop sooner than they had stated they would.

We would work with Stonecrafters again in a heartbeat! The process of getting countertops can be confusing and it was hard to get needed answers from other fabricators. Dave at Stonecrafters was communicative, helpful and reassuring. They made the process easy and did beautiful work!

We were allowed to submit the order and pay for the counter top close to when the kitchen counters were ready for the counter top installation. The price was very competitive. The communications with Stonecrafters were excellent. The gentleman that measured the job and the installers were polite and efficient. They cleaned up when they were done with the installation. The counter tops look great!

We have used Stonecrafters in the past and were very happy with the work that was done 13 years ago. Unfortunately we were not as happy with the work done this time around. When we chose Stonecrafters, we were told there would be no problem having our island cut as one piece, however we were later told they would have to cut the granite and there would be a seam in the island. We were very unhappy with the quality of the work in regards to finishing the seam on the island. We considered having Dave come out to look at it, but did not feel that the guys that installed it had the expertise to make it look any better. The granite we chose was a stone that was more difficult to work with, but we were assured when we hired Stonecrafters that our island we would be installed in one piece and that did not occur. We would have chosen another company closer to our house if we had known beforehand that Stonecrafters would not be able to transport the island in one piece. In regards to working with Dave, he is very helpful. We needed a portion of our existing granite counters removed so that we could take out a section of cabinets to have our wood floors refinished. Dave came out himself one night and he helped us remove that portion of the counter which left us with a kitchen we could use until we had the floors finished and new cabinets for the island installed. While we were happy with our choice of granite and how the kitchen turned out overall, every time I walk into my kitchen I notice the seam on the island which is frustrating.

I got a few quotes, they came in at the best price. Installed in a timely manor and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and easy to work with.

Dave, Spiro and his crew did a fantastic job! Our countertops were installed in a professional and timely manner. We are absolutely pleased with the end product and would recommend and/or rehire Stonecrafters for any future jobs. We have had less than stellar experience with previous contractors and it was a pleasure to finally have a job completed without any complications!

Dave was very helpful in the of selection of a piece that was exactly what I was envisioning and we are very happy with it. The stone was cut and delivered in a very timely manner. The fit was perfect and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Stonecrafters.

There was an issue with one item on install quality, upon showing them the issue they immediately agreed to remedy and acted with urgency. Of course having no issue would have been better - but they resolved quickly and within expectation. I would do business with them again

The installation was very professional and the guys knew exactly what they were doing. They even cleaned up the countertops.

This company is great to use if you want brand new countertops in your kitchen. Their granite selection prices are better than what I found at larger companies, too. The measuring people and the sales people there are great. I had a small problem with installers, though, when they did this job for me. Now, I am using them again for more work presently. I have noted that I now I have senior people doing the work for me and they're great. These guys are just professional. They are the best ones in group. I was really pleased that they listened to my concerns and did something to make changes. I give them credit for that. I really have no complaints with them at all. I think they use good teamwork and I'm happy enough to be using them for a another job presently, so that should tell you something.
