The owner Ivan was great to work with. He was very accommodating in every way. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. His communication on any change was quick and again very worth while taking too on your next pation or paving project.

Ivan and his team were nothing short of amazing! From the demolition of our prior deck and brick walls, to the installation of a beautiful paver patio - we could not be happier with their work. They were always on time, pleasant, neat and such amazing workers! They were at our home in our backyard for eight days, the job is finished and I already miss them! Ivan is a wonderful designer, had some great ideas and was so reasonable in his price. I loved them so much, I am hiring them to do my front stoop! My husband got probably 20 bids (yes 20). There was something about Ivan that he liked immediately! His bid was not the lowest but we had a great feeling about him and boy were we right! We have an amazingly beautiful patio that is ready now to be used for summer! Thank you to Ivan and his amazing team! Hire them! You won't regret it!

Ivan was the best contractor with whom I have worked. It's so rare today that someone exceeds your expectations, but October Hardscaping did. Ivan worked hard at communicating with me during every step of the process. We built two large, block retaining walls, one around the end of our driveway and the other behind our house. Ivan and his crew are on time, do excellent quality work and I cannot imagine other companies achieving the cost-quality ratio that I experienced. I cannot recommend them high enough; if you have a project please consider them!

The work was done quickly and beautifully. Ivan and his crew removed our old front stoop and replaced it with a much better one. Incidentally, I took four bids and his was the lowest, yet I could not have gotten a better outcome!

October Hardscaping turned my un-level and dangerous property into a beautiful functional pathway with a seat wall on one side of our home, and another pathway on the other side. They also cut into a hill to my pond. Creating a wonderful retaining wall of stone slabs and boulders from the property. I now can access the pond all the way around. I love it! I highly recommend Ivan and October Hardscaping. My husband and I could not be more pleased. We will hire them for all our future needs.
