On 8/14/20 NaturaLawn technician Robert Braun arrived to apply the third lawn fertilizer application for the year. Robert was very pleasant and efficient and even took the time to spot treat the few unavoidable weeds that had materialized since the last application. At the same time Robert arrived we had received a shipment from another company for a product that weighed over 160 pounds. When he noticed the shipping company technician would not bring the container into the house, Robert offered to do so for us! It was a beautiful act of kindness on his part and we are so grateful for his generosity. Our lawn is looking great with NaturaLawn. We fully intend to utilize NaturaLawn going forward and hope Robert continues to be assigned as our lawn technician.”

I had my first treatment from Naturalawn two weeks ago. The weeds I have are unbelievable! By far the worst I have ever had. They said the weeds came out after they sprayed but I know that many of the weeds there before are still there. When I called, they said I would have to pay an additional $45 to treat the weeds. I asked for someone to meet me so that I could show them all of the weeds but they refused to send the owner or anyone else out to look at it. The owner would not even call me. VERY POOR BUSINESS! I will never use them again! I finally received a call from the owner and he agreed to have someone come out and re-spray my lawn for free. There was a tremendous improvement in the reduction of weeds. I am do for another treatment in 2-3 weeks. I will update the review again at that time.

They are very informative, they are very prompt and courteous. They don't try to push a lot of services. They recommend services but don't push them. They just provide the information and it's my decision so I can control my costs. They use organic based ingredients for the lawn care. I will continue to use them.

I have used NaturaLawn for a number of years. I deal with the NaturaLawn franchise based in McHenry, IL. Overall, I have been very pleased with their service. The price I listed is for 4 treatments for the summer; my property is a little over an acre. I am very happy with the way my lawn looks. I like the fact that they use an organic based fertilizer, because I have both pets and well water. They will also spot-treat weeds. They do sometimes recommend additional services (grub control, for instance), but they are not pushy if you don't want the services. When I have had occasion to call, the person I talk with is always very nice and accommodating. I gave them a 'B' on cost because I know they are more expensive than companies that use the more toxic products, but in my mind, it is worth it. I would recommend this company.

The person who comes over is pretty good. He has good knowledge about turf. He answers my questions. He has a regular schedule and they come over and do the job. He takes very good care of my lawn and keeps it in fantastic shape.

Extremely pleased with this company. Our yard was transformed in just two treatments. Finding a no phosphates lawn care company was crucial for us as we live on a lake. Naturalawn's cost was less than that of me buying a similar product and applying it myself! Highly recommend.

Cost is per application. They also do soil tests for $21 and soil amendments. They are more expensive then other lawn services, but for me I think it's worth it to stay away from the chemicals. I have had 2 treatments and my lawn is looking great, no weeds or brownout spots! Very friendly and professional, and they call before the night before they come.
