DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a house a month ago and was having issues with the water backing up into the kitchen sink every time my washing machine emptied. they came and said it was grease built up because of years of laundrt detergent and said they needed to run a machine to flush it out. they charged me 600.00. and never even ran the machine. all they did was flush some water into the pipes to see where it was backing up and put a camera down there. they pulled some crap out of the floor drain and just left it sitting on the floor so my one year old got into it. they never put the drain hose for the washing machine back so when i did a load of laundry after they left my whole laundry room flooded with a half inch of water and damaged pictures and some old books that were in boxes on the floor. and now i had to buy a new sump pump because whatever they did also killed that, which led to the other half of my basement flooding yesterday!! so now im out 600 bucks plus 200 for a new sump pump AND i had my basement flood two times i two different areas from the same company!!!!

Nathan, the fellow that came to the house, did a camera inspection of the outside gutter drain line and found tree roots blocking the drain. He said that routing the line would tear top the pipe and "jetting" the line would only give partial results. He was willing to dismantle the patio steps the get at the line which we did not want done since he pointed out that he was not qualified to put everything back together. We settled on getting a quote for digging down about 24" to locate the drain pipe cut it and clean out the roots and reassemble the pipe. I waited four days and had to call to get the email estimate. The cost would have been $2150. What was interesting about that estimate was, not only how high it was, but the fact that they obviously added a $150 to the bid to cover the cost of the $149 camera inspection I had to pay on the initial visit that was to be credited to the cost of the actual repair. Nice! Nathan obviously didn't want to do the job and was looking for a way to score a more profitable job. And although they did respond almost immediately to my request for a quote and they did come out on the next business day, I would not recommend Mr Rooter of McHenry.

I went onto a website at 7:00 am in the morning and filled out information stating that I needed a plumber to replace a faulty toilet that my landlord, Amy Read was refusing to replace. Jeff Fendt called me at 7:01 am and said that he could send someone, Steven, at 11:00 am that morning and I couldn't have been happier! Steven not only brought the new toilet but he had the happiest, most easy going personality to go along with his hard working ethics and could not have been any kinder to me, a disabled person. He did a fantastic job! Jeff Fendt also came to my home to deliver an unexpected part that we needed. The price was very good, much better than quoted by NorthShore Plumbers. The service was fine. The staff was polite and profession. The left the area clean. They were satisfactorly prompt. They too identified a faulty installation in our toilet and fixed it.

It was great! They did an excellent job. They were very careful to not destroy the yard except where they had to dig. They had to bring a back hoe into my back yard and the run to the storm sewer was quite a distance. It took a while to get scheduled because of weather and emergencies that they had, but I was ok with that since mine was not time critical. I was very impressed that they layed down plastic to put the dirt they dug up on so that it didn’t mess up more of the yard. The guys were very professional and friendly. I have had this project done 2 other times since I have lived in the house 12 years. I told them this and they took it to heart and did everything they could (larger pipe, etc.) to ensure I would never have to have this done again. I wish I had had these people do the job the first time. I feel very confident that the job was done right!

They are always good at what they do. They come when they say they will. It works out well using them. Their prices are reasonable.

He arrived very quickly since it was in the middle of a winter storm. We have used them in the past. They are always very professional and treated me well. They are always clean and put booties on their shoes to protect the carpet.

These guys are great. They came in and had to dig a15 ft long trench that was 3 ft wide and 6 ft deep to repair a sewer line in my front yard that had been damaged by another contractor. They also installed a clean out box for future maintenance. All their work was professional and timely. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

They were very good. They were quick. When I called them up for some service, they came on the same day. The guys are pretty nice. They talked to me and explained to me what was going on. We bought the water heater in January of this year and then three months later, the odor showed up in the water.

They came in very professional with shoe covers and parked in the grass. They knocked instead of ringing the doorbell and explained what they were doing in detail.
