Kevin is a consumate professional. We would and will use him again. If he tells you something will get done, it will get done. If he tells you that you don't need or he's not comfortable performing a certain service, he won't do it.

We have not moved forward from the quote process. I liked K Powell Services but it seemed pricey. He was nice and seemed professional. He seemed to know what he was doing. I think he was willing to be flexible in terms of scheduling anything. He gave us a quick written quote and then followed up with a professional printed quote.

Kevin came to my house on time to give me an estimate. He provided a detailed estimate that stated what he would do and what materials he would provide and listed what I was to provide. He told me how much tile to purchase. I purchased all the tile, fixtures and new vanity. He scheduled the week to work on the bathroom. He arrived on time daily. At the beginning of the week he posted a list of what work he expected to do each day, and when he anticipated he would be finished. He stuck exactly to this schedule. He cleaned up very nicely every night before he left. He did plumbing repairs and moved an electrical outlet. He was very good at making design and color suggestions. Painting the walls, installing a new vanity and several other things he did were not included in the original estimate and he only charged me $200 for the additional work.
