+ -1 moreI was not happy with the job they performed and they were late every time they said they would be at the house.
Description of Work: I was very dissatisifed with their service. They were late every time they gave us a time that they would be at opur house from when they were going to give us an estimate to when they actually did the work requested. They did not do the trimming we wanted done on our trees when they removed the storm damage and when we called them on it they said they would have to charge us more since it was not included on the contract. The only reason we had a tree service out to remove the limb from our tree was to have the tree trimmed at the same time. My husband told them what we wanted done, but I am not sure he checked that they wrote it all out in detail since when they finally arrived to do the estimate it was after 9 PM on a Sunday night and it was quite dark outside. The person we talked to was nasty and rude when he stopped by today finally at 2:30 PM. He had said he would be here about 8 or 9 AM. I will not being calling them back again. I have used Northern in Crystal Lake and will being going with them in the future.

Description of Work: We used John's Tree Service last year for tree work. They removed some trees, trimmed some others and did stump grinding as well.
