I have used Jett’s since they open. I recently was having an issue at our new home concerning duct work and the Technician evaluated the situation and made a great recommendation, unfortunately though in the inspection it was determined that my furnace (installed in 1996 by the previous owner) was on it’s last leg. Jett’s provided a quote and then performed the work. Very efficiently and professionally. I have always been pleased with Wayne and his personnel’s performance and demeanor on the job. I recommend them without hesitation for all your HVAC needs.

Wrongly diagnosed garage heater. Said it needed a new control panel and that i was better off doing it myself. I bought and installed a new control panel and problem persisted. Called office, competency or accountability available.

Amazing. It was like 40 below, they were out within an hour I called toter companies and they said to wait 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They were amazing company.

They would always come over quickly to fix it. The technician would give me recommendations and never tried to oversell me anything that was not necessary. They were always very honest. They cleaned up everything every time. They are very professional.

It was awesome. Excellent customer service. They came the day I called and replaced both of the furnace. It was great service. They were just great all the way around. I would definitely call them if I need service.

He just ended up filling up the coolant in the A/C unit and it's working well ever since. No attempt to upsell, just gave me what I needed. I had let the unit defrost prior to service so that wasn't part of the price. He didn't know why the unit freezes up when the refrigerant level is low, but I was pleased overall.

Arrived on time and did quality work. The only thing we found a light from landscaping that must have been damaged moving the new equipment inside. Not a big deal, just wanted to know about it versus saying nothing.

It went perfectly. They were very good in determining which unit which work best for our home. They were on-time and cleaned up well after themselves. We have recommended their service to others.

They were fantastic. They were absolutely on time. They came exactly when they said they would come. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did the full system transfer in a day. The person who came out told us that we would be eligible for the rebate and we were, which is wonderful. Overall, we had a great experience with them. We priced around five or six companies and they were competitive on all levels and on top of that, we were eligible for the rebate so it put them lower than anybody else once we got our rebate back. They had an excellent quality and they were creative. We live in a neighborhood where houses were built in the 60's and he figured out a way to put in a 98% efficient furnace and air conditioner without damaging the house and without changing anything. It works perfectly. We are very happy with it. We are using them again in our rental property.

I called Jetts for an estimate after first looking at property. He gave me a price and then came thru to verify what I said I needed and what he quoted was accurate. It was. I closed on Oct 22 and he installed new furnace a nd A/C on the 23rd.
