They do excellent work. I have had the exterior of my house cleaned twice by them. They arrived promptly. They thoroughly cleaned the exterior so that it was clean enough to paint the trim-work. We had spider webs under the eaves which are very hard to remove, but they got them all off. They use a method that is different from typical pressure washing. We had pressure washing previously and it broke the seals in some of our windows that then had to be replaced. This company does not do that.

Wow ....... well worth it. My brother used House Shampoo and we were so impressed we thought we would give it a shot also. We have a ton of blue stone patios and and other surfaces with lot of trees seeping sap all over them. Additionally we have a pool with a lot of surface area and trees around it. The materials they used to clean all of our surfaces did an amazing job. We have an all brick home with a cedar shake roof also with trees all around the house seeping pollens and sap of all sorts on the house including some moss issues on the roof. They did amazing job cleaning it all off and making it look great. We highly recommend House Shampoo.

Rainy weather caused aa delay in getting work done as originally planned. Work was rescheduled several times and job was completed several weeks later. Gary and crew arrived @ residence around 6:00pm and worked until approximately 8:30pm. My inspection the next morning was "the job turned out better than expected!" Six years of accumulated discoloration, mildew and dirt were gone. The siding, soffit and gutters all looked brand new. Overall:Great job! The wait was well worth it. I would recommend "House Shampoo" to anyone seeking to restore the beauty of there home back to its original condition.

Wow! The owner, Gary Rogers, came out the same day I called and inspected my house exterior and roof. I already knew it needed a good cleaning. He provided a quote the same afternoon and it was extremely reasonable (I was expecting something on the order of five times the amount!) Thanks to the warm weather, he was able to quickly schedule and complete the job. I'm somewhat in shock at how good the house, roof, gutters, deck, and patio all look -- like they were just installed. The 10- year old deck furniture looks brand new. Gary and his helper Glen were right on time (and even just a bit early). They were extremely professional. They moved everything around (we didn't have to do a thing!) and left the yard in a great condition. They certainly gave our "old lady" house a good cleaning. Definitely recommend and will use them again! Highly recommended!

Gary and his crew did a very thorough job renewing all of my house (not just the siding) and the roof. I’m sold on "low" pressure cleaning using their cleaning agent that is added during the cleaning process. There is no way just power washing could get the same results. They moved all furniture and potted plants and returned them when completed. Very satisfied with there work.

I am a new member to Angie's List and this is my first experience with any of the contractors in the service. I did not even know that one could have their roof shampooed. Last July I had my driveway redone and that is when the dirty stains from algae growth and age gained more attention from my husband and me. I had a roofer come out who said that the roof was not in as bad a shape as I thought but the stains were extremely unsightly. So I researched the list and found Gary at Home Shampoo. From our first meeting you could tell that Gary loves what he does and takes pride in his work. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical because the roof was so discolored. But he promised me that he could handle these stains and that he did!! I had forgotten why I chose the color of my roof and today Gary helped me to remember what the house looked like when I moved in after it was built in 1998. It was a very wonderful feeling to see its grandeur bought back to life after so many years. Today's temperature was in the 30's and I really did not think that he would be able to do the job.....did not even expect him to show up until it warmed up and I would certainly have understood. But when I contacted him and told him we could postpone he said he was ready to go. He came out with a helper and the way in which they treated my home with care and all the items surrounding the house was really nice. And aftter he finished he cleaned up, took away all the debris and even washed off my driveway. The results are stunning and I am so proud to show it off to my neignbors. Many have rung my doorbell to ask about the process so I am sure that Gary will be getting some substantial business in the Bolingbrook area. If we all as customers are fortunate we get a contractor when we need work on our homes who is competent. But Gary and his team go further than this. When a contractor takes such pride in his/her work and works on your house like he/she lives in it that is special. I enjoyed working with him from the beginning quote. I even asked him for proof of insurance as I do with all contractors and he sent it to me with no questions. If you want the beauty restored to your roof by a true artisan who will look at it afterwards with a twinkle in his eye this is your guy!!! I promise you that you will love his work and I have developed a friend in the process. Within the next two years or so I will purchase a new roof. When I do I will keep Gary's info and ask him to clean it after a few years to avoid staining and preserve it's longevity. I wish I had known about this process earlier. The crew did a great job. My house looked dingy, grey all over my yellow cedar siding. Now it looks brand new saving me from paying to repaint my home.

Quality of the work was outstanding. We had a very heavy moss growth and house shampoo spent several days to apply multiple applications to kill all the moss. We were very happy with the work and intend to hire them again for maintenance roof cleaning.

House Shampoo is an exceptional company. Before contacting Gary at House Shampoo I was concerned I might need to replace my roof because the moss and discoloration was so abundant. I have a rather large house with a 40 year roof on it but we are only 20 years into the life of the roof. Gary was prompt to our initial consultation and assured me that his company could restore my roof to its original condition. I was skeptical because, as I said, my roof was very heavily discolored and covered in moss on our north side. However, Gary was absolutely correct. Our roof indeed looks brand new. I was amazed at the results. I don't say that lightly. Gary and his staff took great care throughout the process of making sure the siding and plants around the house were washed down. Any questions I had along the way they not only answered but explained with great expertise. They are professionals through and through.
