+ -1 moreI have had him out numerous times after that in my new home and and has been so helpful. After thoroughly investing the issues at hand, he assesses what needs to be done, and knowledgeably orders parts if need be or fixes the problem right away. He has been doing this a long time ,has had much on the job training early in his career and I feel very comfortable with his abilities. He is prompt, returns calls promptly, is pleasant, calm. I highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, and is honest in his work and does not charge for things that are not needed
Description of Work: This is late in coming, but over the years I have had Jeremy Helton from Helton Plumbing McHenry Il out to my house to repair things. Once it was even during the night at 2 am when my toilet was overflowing due to septic tank issues and he answered the phone, was calm told me what I needed to do until he got there. He then was able to fix the inlet section of my septic tank to my house, which was a big job and it was in the winter. He also came and fix the lid to my sump pump cover in my old and new house. He also cleaned out my shower drain.
