Never showed up

Chris and his crew were great, easy to work with, get in contact with, and do great work. Chris came out several times before the job, during, and after to make sure everything went well. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend him and his company to my friends and relatives. He will be doing more work for me in the future.

He does a good job and is easy to get along with. He does what you want him to do and does most of it himself unless it's a big job. Previously he has done some floor refinishing for me. The price was competent and in line with other installers, in fact even less. He is punctual and very professional.

Forever Floors is a great company. The owners Chris and his brother did all the work. They were on time and stayed within the bid. They worked Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. Our floors look grreat. They used 4 coats of water base sealer I will use they again, in about 4 or 5 years to touch up and rebuff the floors.

I phoned the company once and left a voicemail message. I received no return call. I did not call this company again.

I regret not finding Chris Parat earlier so that we could have hired him to do our wood floors from the beginning. It would have saved us from so much stress. We had many, many conflicts and disagreements with the company that we had originally hired. Chris came out twice on two separate occasions. The first time he came out to give us an estimate on how much it will cost to install hardwood floors on our stairs. The second time was to give us an estimate on how much it will cost to repair and finish the work on the stairs that the first company had begun. He was very professional and punctual. He told us exactly how he would do the job and gave us an estimate that actually listed all the individual costs. Since the original company gave in to our demands, we felt obligated to continue our contract with them. Chris really spent a lot of time with us going over the details and I'm only sorry that I could not have given him my business.

Christopher Parat, the owner of Forever Floors, came to our house and gave us an estimate. His explanation was the easiest to comprehend of the three contractors from whom we obtained estimates. Forever Floors had the highest estimate but we felt most comfortable with their description, and they could get started right away. They showed up on time in the early morning, explained each step and any precautions/safety warnings, and worked until at least 5 p.m. until they were done. I appreciated that they showed me a small portion of the floor with the sealer on it so I could see how it would look. They cleaned up after themselves and stored waste in a safe yet inconspicuous place, explaining again to us any safety precautions. When they finished they recommended what we should do to ensure a quality finish. About ten days later they followed up with an email to see how the floor was doing. They said they will call in a few years for maintenance. Their paperwork is a bit slow.
