I had 3 companies give me quotes and I chose Dynico for the following reasons: response time, customer service, professional, did not try to upsell me, quote was emailed to me promptly, fair pricing. I am happy I chose them for the following: extra effort, communication, excellent quality, professional, really great team of guys, clean up was fantastic. I will only do business with them moving forward and will be highly recommending them to everyone that needs work done.

We recently had Dynico do a complete roof tear off/replacement, gutter replacement, fascia and siding repairs. After reaching out for suggestions Dynico came back as the clear choice as a company to do this work. I reached out and Corky immediately responded. He was so responsive throughout the entire process and handled necessary open issues with the insurance company. He listened and suggested the proper way to handle the work, always looking out for my best interest. Corky is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented individuals I ever worked with in the construction industry. The crews showed up on the promised day. They did an excellent high quality job on the work, maintained a very clean work site and the property was spotless after all work was complete. All work was done to the highest workmanship standards. Most importantly the job was completed in a timely manner. They started and finished with no delay's. Dynico was quick to get back to us and very friendly. They came out the next morning and did a great job. I’d use them again for snow removal, repair or replacement, which we plan to have them do in the spring.

Quality work

The crew showed up on time and were quick to get started as the day went on, it began to rain and yet they kept working. They were clean and efficient and swept the ground to keep sure no nails were left behind. Overall wonderful job!

Ok. Remains to be seen. Was just completed. Very polite, professionals, and knowledgeable. They did a curtesy check of the roof’s problem areas from the outside and inside.

The whole process was wonderful. Other companies either dealt only over the phone, or came out for 15-20 minutes to go over project. Bruce and I were going to fix up our house this year, but know very little about roofing. Dale (Dynico) spent almost two hours on inspection, options, and prices. Needless to say we went with Dynico, and feel very comfortable about the whole process.

Excellent service, excellent team. The owner Corky, met with me personally to discuss my roof. Showed me pictures of his findings and walked me through the process. My roof was very old. I did have another more local bid with a lot of blanks in the contract of cost of the plywood replacement if needed. This left me very weary. Corky explained plywood pricing and it was all on his contract. Nothing hidden. The job was done well above my expections. I am a senior and I had known that two of the bottom of my gutters had blown off and I could not reattach them. That being said, after the foreman showed me that they were all finished I noticed my gutters were reattached. He said that it was no problem and he wanted to make sure everything was put together properly for me. Thank you very much for your outstanding job. I will definitely recommend you. Bruni V
