Dr. Drain Surgeon Inc.

After I signed a job order to have work done, my husband found out that this company has been written up on the web for poor service and has had many complaints with BB and Atty General office. We were not sure what company we were really dealing with because we ended up having two different company names presented to us in the process. We later found out they go under many different names. Job was eventually performed satisfactorily however the process in getting there was very poor. When the work was first scheduled to be done they were not able to get permit from my village because they did not have proper insurance. So the job was rescheduled two days later to give them time to get proper insurance. Yet their website says differently. I spoke mostly with a man named John, who if not for him I would have cancelled completely. He asked that we give them the opportunity to prove his company was capable. He was very nice and professional. So was a man named Vince. The gentlemen Raphael that did the digging worked very hard all by himself. So this is why I rated a B in quality. However this company owner is not upfront and honest. I feel sorry for anyone who works for him, it's not their fault. The owner also claimed to have the proper insurance but originally didn't. Unprofessional! My son took off work that day and lost pay because they couldn't get a permit. Oddly enough I thought the people who did the work were fine, but not whoever is in charge. Never once did the owner call and apologize for all the craziness. In fairness John did give discount of 10 percent, which he got heat for. Would never recommend this company !
