This could not of gone any better, the entire process went smooth from beginning to end. The communication was constant and quick, provider showed up on time, explained everything to me that he was going to do. The provider also repaired my log light that was broken and repaired my fire box that was damaged for a very reasonable price. Provider was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and prompt. Provider made sure he covered my floors in order not to make and mess and cleaned up after himself. I choose this provider after reading all of his positive reviews and I am very glad I did, I would highly recommend this provider to anyone that needs any work done in their home or business. I will definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to all my friends and family that may need some work done.

The service was fantastic. The owner (Todd), is a really nice and professional guy, and did the work himself. He was able to come out to my house in 24 hours, and walked me through everything he did. He gave me honest feedback about what further work needed to be done (nothing expensive) and what work did not need to be done. I would highly recommend Todd.

This team was professional from the start! Loved the fact that they called me back, were professional (kept appointments and showed up on time) and did a thorough job. He explained how we could do some things that were a little above and beyond but didn't get any up-sell or scare tactics to make a hefty investment. Todd was completely knowledgeable and thorough. He responded almost immediately to my request to set up a cleaning and inspection, gave me the window, and arrived on time. He put down drop cloths to keep everything clean. He told me exactly how my fireplace was constructed and that it was in perfect condition. Arrived at 9:30am as promised. Inspected the whole fireplace and chimney. Explained the inspection in easy to understand terminology. Very sincere and through. No dust or dirt in our newly remodeled family room. All entry and exit of equipment on their own supplied floor protection mats. Careful not to scratch walls or trim. Very through. Found some mortar cracks that needed to be fixed. Simple enough for me to do. They even illustrated how to do it! Went to Menards in Long Grove, IL and got the product they use and performed the repairs. Very pleased with Todd. He projects authority, professionalism and is a honest guy. WIll use Todd's company for our future fireplace needs and explore his other cleaning services. Thanks Todd for a wonderful experience. Well worth the money spent,. Todd called me shortly after I submitted the request through Angie's List. We set the appointment and Todd showed up right on time. He did a very thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the fireplace components from the hearth all the way to the roof. He was very neat and was very cautious around the carpet and furniture. Todd then provided me with a list of what he found and what he did. He provided his expert opinion on how to continue to maintain the system. He was honest and is extremely knowledgeable about fireplace functionality. I was very pleased with this service.

Excellent service! Arrived right on time and took the time to explain the details of the service to be provided and what was found. My dryer vent was very small, so it was done for free and when the ash chute clean out turned from a small job into a huge one, he stuck to the original price estimate, was friendly and worked diligently to remove every spec of ash. Great work and will use again!

Todd did a great job as always. I used him in my previous home and based on the quality of work, price, and professionalism, I decided to use him again in my new home. Given the size of the home (13,000 sq ft) and number of fireplaces (10), this was a large and complex project. I also have a high slate roof so special equipment was needed to access the chimneys. In spite of the complexity, Todd finished the project on time and under budget. I appreciate his honesty and advice and would definitely use him again for future work. I highly recommend him.

Provider was on time and very professional. He wore boot covers to avoid tracking and dirt and put down protective path to fire place to keep things clean. When job was finished he provided a comprehensive report and gave honest advice about true condition of fireplace. I years past I've had providers try and up-sell me on all kinds of work, which I knew didn't really need to be done but not this vendor. He identified some small issues which will eventually need to be repaired and when they do, I know who I'll call. I would definitely recommend cleaning concepts because they earned my trust quickly.

Todd was very professional, covered the floor with pads from the entrance to the fireplace, inspected the fireplace from the inside and outside, cleaned the fireplace, gave me details of what he was doing and gave me great suggestions.

the service man was very nice, professional,knowledgeable and I felt honest. I had him clean my chimney to see if I had any seeds or anything else in it that was attracting panty moths. We will see! He cleaned my dryer vent and told me it was not bad at all which I appreciated.
