Description of Work: Complete tear off and reroof. Ice and snow guard, Architectuaral shingles, etc. They were careful to protect our bushes, flowers and other growing things around the house during the reroof process. We were really happy with the way they placed plywood against the siding to protect it from old roofing shingles being tossed down from the 2nd story. The crews were careful and professional in all aspects of the reroof job. They did not leave food wrappers, drink cans, or any other trash in the home area. The crew thoroughly cleaned up each day and made the extra effort to use equipment that picked up all the left over nails from the old shingles and new installation (your magnetic brooms). The gutters were cleaned of all debris and all flashing was correctly installed. Spring Grove did not require certain ‘code’ items when our home was first built. They complied with all the current city code requirements and even went beyond what was required for our area in your installation. The ice and snow guard, extra effort in the ‘valley’ areas of the roof, and changing out flashing so it matched the roof are just a few of the things we noticed.
