+ -1 moreThe wife, she gave me 1 cost, and the owner gave me a more fair price and discounted. The quality was very good, he got an old nasty stain out on the carpet, he did it great. They were very friendly people. I have recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Jerry was on-time, and very professional. He gave me a number of cleaning suggestions and recommendations. He did a remarkable job on my living room carpet and made my kitchen upholstered chairs look almost new! I would definitely recommend Cooper's Carpet Cleaning to friends.

+ -1 moreOutstanding. On time, professional and the carpets look new. I have a big Lab who loves the outdoors and brings it in daily plus two cats. All the stains are gone, the carpet looks new and the price was great. Jerry will be back in the future to maintain. He has top grade equipment and when he was done there was no mess. Both he and his wife Molly who make the appointment were a joy to deal with. He will be back soon to do my tile/grout and hardwood. If you are looking for quality and value call Molly or Jerry. Jim W

+ 0 moreJerry is very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Some service companies are too professional and they are in and out and you wouldn't remember them. Coopers Carpet has the right mix of professionalism and personality. I wish I would of taken before and after photos of my couches! They look brand new and with a 3 year old at home, I thought that would be impossible. They are seafoam green in color so they stain very easily and he got it all out -pens, markers, food, dirt..... My carpet is apx 7 yrs old and shaggy. So it was matted down and worn out - not any more! I would use this service company again and recommend them to my friends and family.

+ -1 moreGreat customer service. I submitted a quote request on the website early on New Year's Eve. I had a response within hours asking if I needed emergency service. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for after the holiday season. We had just moved into a house where the previous owners had cats and dogs. Since we have family members extremely allergic to cats, we thought we'd at least try to have the carpets cleaned before deciding if they needed to be replaced. Jerry was very professional. He showed up exactly on time. He took time to explain the different types of carpets in the house, the cleaning process, as well as the different types of carpet stains. It took less than 90 minutes to finish, and the pet smell was completely gone. Jerry also gave us a few tips for emergency do-it-yourself tips for taking care of certain types of stains. Great experience from start to finish.

+ -1 moreJerry is just simply the best!! If you need your carpets cleaned he is definitely the one to call! He is even great with pets. What I really like is that even though the first time he came out was about 2 years ago he still treated me this time around as if he had just been there the day before.
Description of Work: I had the carpet cleaned in my entire house. This included 3 bedrooms, upstairs hallway, stairs down to the main floor including a landing, dining room, living room, and stairs down to the lower floor. This is the second time I have used Jerry to have all my carpets cleaned and I would not have anyone else do them. I have 2 dogs that he comes in the house to and takes notice of. He makes it a point to make them comfortable with him. He also is very diligent about checking for any spots my 2 four legged boys may have made and even adds a deodorizer to the cleaning process if requested. I had some flooding issues with my home last year and the company that fixed it had brought someone in at the end to clean the carpets because of all the drywall dust. Oh boy, not good for my carpets!!! The person that came in didn't use anything under my furniture when it was still wet and now i have brownish/red spot on my carpet because of it. Before Jerry left my house today he took an extra step and put a product on the spots that has almost completely gotten rid of them. He took the time and care to try to fix a problem that he did not cause. In the future I will not allow a company to bring in anyone else. Instead I will be calling Jerry!!

+ -1 moreI'd never used carpet cleaning before, but I just decided to do it and it was surprisingly easy. It was less invasive than I thought it was going to be.
Description of Work: I used them for carpet cleaning. They also did some spot removal in certain parts of the carpet. They also did a couple throw rugs.
