CONCEPTS DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Chuck and Lou are excellent- they listened to what we wanted; were patient with our efforts at deciding; gave us good advice on where to shop; measured everything multiple times to sure of perfect fit; suggested better ways when we thought of something that they recognized would not be ideal. They always called in advance to be sure it was ok to work- and always showed up when promised. We wanted to save the wallpaper in the kitchen where we had them install a new tile backsplash- which they did- not a scracth or tear on the wallpapaer. We were amazed. I thought that they would have to rip out the entire doorframe to repair the 35 yr old sill, but they did it without having to resort to that, saving us money on that job. Skilled in doing anything we asked. These are my "first call" guys on any project that might come up in future years.

They are moving the counter tops, new top, sinks , dish washer, resurfacing my cabinets with new doors and hardware. I am very pleased,they put in a lot of time, and each day when the leave they clean up very well. They are very skilled builders and I am going to have them do more work for us.
