Fix a leaky water heater they installed
Description of Work: We got a 50 gallon Bradford water heater installed on 9/3/19. I noticed it leaking about a month ago. I called on 9/8/20 to have it looked at (a year and 5 days from the date of installation). The water heater has a leak and needs to be replaced per the technician. The water heater is under warranty but the labor would have been $675. $675!!! They offered to take a whole $100 off labor. Still $575 to replace a defective water heater they installed. Black Diamond sold us a defective water heater that lasted LESS THAN A YEAR. Then wanted to charge us $675 to replace that defective water heater that lasted LESS THAN A YEAR. Never again. Read the fine print. Cute catchy commercials. But their follow up customer service could use some work
