Description of Work: Build screened in stick porch over existing deck if safe, approximately 12 x 22 with screen door exit to stairs, would like screen porch to deter critters and insects, lol don't know if windows would be better than screens thanks.

+ -1 moreWe had new cabinets including a full pantry cabinet, granite countetops and sink with faucet installed. They moved my refrigerator including the water lines to make room for the new pantry and also installed a new over the stove microwave. The walls and ceiling were repainted and flooring was installed where necessary. Tom took us to 3 different granite distributers over the course of 2 weekends before we found the slab we liked. All of Tom's crew were courteous, knowlegeable and cleaned up after themselves every day. Terry, his carpenter, did an excellent job installing a soffit above the Pantry cabinet and crafting new baseboards around the penisula and the ends of other cabinets which we were very pleased with.
