This year, the outlet was no longer working. I called Larry on a Tuesday and informed him of my issue and that after some basic troubleshooting, I believed that the outlet was bad. He said that there wouldn't be a problem stopping by on Thursday morning, as there he was working in the City and had to pick up his tools from a jobsite. I went home early that afternoon to wait for is 2:30 arrival, which was a "no show". I called him around 5 and he told me that he was rerouted that day and didn't store my number in his phone. Could he come on Friday AM? I said OK and rescheduled my Friday appointments. I received a voicemail from him at around 8:45 that evening, informing me that he was again "rerouted" for Friday and can he come Monday morning after rush hour "for sure by 9:30 or 9:45". I had trouble hearing the message over the background noise from what sounded like a bar (a Hawks' playoff game was that night). I texted him that I would again rearrange my Monday schedule and stay home. Monday, at around 10AM, I texted him to ask if he was still on his way. No response. At 11:45, I left a voicemail. I'm still waiting for a callback two days later. Yesterday, I replaced the bad outlet myself. I wouldn't recommend these guys, unless you have nothing better to do than arrange your schedule around their no-shows and lack of punctuality.
