+ -1 moreI called for some small repairs on a house I'd just purchased, plus an estimate for a new water heater and water softener. On the day of the appointment at the end of the hour window the representative called from the emergency room and said he had burned himself at his last job and had to reschedule for a week later (This is a second home 90 minutes from where I live). At the time of appointment #2 he was no-show again. I called the owner who explained he had lost some employees and was behind on a bigger job and basically fired me as a customer. He was nice about it and apologetic, but result was still the same for me. He explained he is working through some difficult issues with his company right now.
Description of Work: replace leaky gas valves; update pipe to code; provide estimate for new water heater and water softener.
