They are terrible... It has been the worst experience ever! The electrician came to my home to fix a minor issue and ended up ruining the connections of the whole left side of my home... He mentioned he will come back and fix the issues that they caused. It has been over a month and a half and they have not responded at all. They do not return my calls, texts, nothing! I have never experienced such a lack of consideration, responsiveness and lack of professionalism.

Went well once the provider came to the house. Had trouble getting a call back...had to contact HSA and they gave the a call.

We originally contacted Damon via our home warranty, and we couldn't have been happier with his approach. After taking care of our warranty issues, we hired Damon to fix other issues. He returned the next day with his team and completed the long list for a lower price than our previously scheduled electrician had quoted. His team was very knowledgeable and respectful and worked hard in our attic on a very hot day. We were very happy with results and will contact Damon in the future for any electrical need that arises.

I found Damon on Craigslist. As this was a relatively easy job and he advertised himself as a licensed electrician I contacted him to see what his schedule was and how much he would charge. He was very nice on the phone, quoted me a fair price and said he could do the job later the same day. He arrived pretty close to the time he stated. I showed him the wall where the outlet needed to be placed and told him it could be no more than 10" from either cabinet as the back of the range (which had yet to be delivered) would not be able to slide in flush with the wall as it was designed to do if it were greater than 10". Damon completed the job and when I went to look at it it appeared to be more than 10" from the cabinet. I took a tape measure and checked. The outlet was actually over 14" from the cabinet. Damon asked me to try it as he thought it would still be ok but ASSURED me that if there was an issue I could call him and that he would return and in install a recessed outlet and that all would be ok. I thanked him for his work, paid him, and even referred him to one of my neighbors who he did some minor work for the same day he did my outlet. Well the range was delivered 2 days later and sure enough it would not slide flush. I tried calling Damon 3 different times over the next week and each time I left a message seeking a return call. I never received a follow up call and ended up going to Home Depot buying the outlet myself for $8 and then installing it. The range is now flush but no thanks to Damon and AMP Electric. On the AMP website Damon makes many references to his outstanding customer service. To me not being a man of your word does not represent outstanding customer service. I waited until after the first week of the New Year to write this report in order to give Damon the benefit of the doubt in case he was on faction during the holidays. He still has not responded and he has ads posted on Craigslist in 2012 soliciting new work. Be careful in dealing with this company as it is a cash business and you will be left with no recourse in the event you need follow up work. UPDATE: 5/9/2012 VERY dishonest. I learned while having other electrical work done that the outlet that Damon installed was done without being grounded causing a dangerous and unsafe condition. The cost to have this situation corrected was $150. I definitely have learned my lesson to always check Angies List before hiring a tradesman.
