Great. They worked hard. Earned every penny.

It was incredible service from start to finish. The moving company sent a person over to review the contents of the house within 1 1/2 hours following our call and conversation with Nate. We were in receipt of an estimate within a couple of hours after that. In order to accommodate our needs and their staffing availability due to the time of the month and limited availability of their moving crews, they offered to split the move in to two separate moves. We greatly appreciated the consideration shown for our already stressful situation and A-Dreiske's above and beyond measures to help us solve this problem. They are family-owned, very conscientious and reasonably priced. We also have a beautiful coffee table that was damaged by our puppy/beaver some time ago and when I asked Nate if he could recommend a furniture repair person they use, he didn't hesitate to send me the name and contact information, as well as allowing us to use his name as the source of the referral. We will be needing movers again to move our belongings from the storage facility into our new home, once we locate one. We won't bother seeking other quotes; we will call A-Dreiske and ask them to book us. Thanks to Nate, Dave, Justin and Blake for helping to make a horribly stressful situation a little more bearable. It is our pleasure to write this review and will definitely recommend A-Dreiske based on our experience.

My wife contacted them and was given clear estimates of cost per hour and extra charges that would be applied. They were able to schedule the move at a very convenient date, and warned us since the pickup was so far away, there might be another job mixed in with ours. Kind of like sharing the limo. We did not mind. Gavin and Steve were on time for the pickup and respected the complicated assisted living facility moving rules. They asked us to sign a waiver for moving some cheap "engineered wood" bookshelves - they might not survive the trip - which we had to sign for other moves. They loaded up quickly, and started for another pickup that was scheduled. At some point, they called and said they were waiting for some assistance at the site of other pickup and apologized for the delay. They called when they left for our house, with a good time estimate. Then they called when they were pulling up. We were moving some items into a neighbor's home for storage, and they happily split the items between the two homes. They worked fast and professionally. The final bill was where we expected it to be based on the transit and packing times - no surprises. The reason I am giving a B in punctuality is to encourage the office folks to pick up their scheduling game. The moving men did a great job.

Randy and Kenny were very nice to work with. They were professional, punctual, and very careful not to damage the furniture or walls. They even helped me figure out how to fit the new furniture into my bedroom. I could not be happier with my experience.

November 20, 2014 - Dreiske Local Moving - 2 Movers -None of their clothing identified themselves as Dreiske movers -Told me any tip I gave them needed to be in cash or check so they wouldn?t have to pay taxes -Mover persisted to offer painting services -Mover quit offering painting services after I told him to write down his name and number -Mover made it clear to me to not say anything or he?d get in trouble with the bosss -I caught mover going through my underwear drawer and was disgusted and utterly speechless -Movers smoked cigarettes on my property; left cigarette butts in my yard -Did not get Mover?s Liability information or information brochures at the beginning of the move -Asked to sign Mover?s Liability AFTER wood floor was damaged -Damage to wood floor went through sealant and raw wood is now exposed to elements -Brochures were wrinkled, filthy and had coffee stains on them The two movers denied all but one of these facts. The only reason they admitted to offering painting services is because I had the movers name and number that he wrote down. Many items in my home were not moved because I just wanted to get the movers out of my home. Facts were shared with owner on 2 separate occasions. Nothing but an apology was offered to resolve the unprofessional conduct and offensive behavior by the two employees that represent his company. The two movers: -arrived with clothing that did not identify they worked for Dreiske -got caught going through my underwear drawer -solicited painting services -gave me their personal name and number for painting services -asked me not to tell their boss about what they?re doing so they don?t get in trouble -smoked on the property and left cigarette butts in the yard -asked me to sign Mover?s Liability after wood floor is damaged -provided me with wrinkled, filthy, coffee stained brochures about my rights The owner: -waited 8 days to call me after getting incident report from his secretary -told me that his employees denied everything BUT thanked me for calling and apologized for the experience I had with his company -decided to talk to his employees again because I insisted they were lying -promised to contact me after he followed up with his employees -called me 16 days later! -only called me on the 16th day because I had made 4 attempts to contact him and he finally realized I wasn?t going away

Moving is not fun... especially packing up a home you have lived in for over 20 years! We did pack ourselves (not sure I would do that again) but knew we did not want to tackle moving all our "stuff". Our three man team was amazing. They did a quick evaluation and let us know right away we would either need another truck or it would be more than one trip. They worked super hard and efficiently. Even with the extra trip they had to take, we were all placed in our new location on time and by the end of the day we had a place to lay our heads and could make some sense of our our new surroundings. Not ONE thing was damaged or broken. They were very careful with everything but especially with items they knew I was nerveous about. They were extremely courteous and professional. While it is not my hope to move anytime in the near future, if I do - I will be calling A-Dreike for our moving needs and have already reccomended them to a number of people planning future moves.

We felt Mr. Dreiske's estimate was far too expensive and will be investigating other moving options.

My experience with them was really good. They were fast and good. They packed the trucks really well and didn't take a lunch break in the entire trip. They got back to me within hours of me asking for a quote.

The move went very slowly. This was the 2nd time I hired this company, the other time was 2 years ago and I was extremely happy. I gained a little more "stuff", but didn't seem enough to double the move time.... The movers took quite a few breaks, but it was an extremely hot day. I was told that the breaks and one hour lunch would not be on my time, but it sure seemed that they were. There were items broken or scratched. They just didn't seem to take the care like the first crew I had 2 years ago. All in all, next time I will try another company.

Great, good weather for moving, good guys doing the moving, well cared for equipment they used,pleasant experience, the scheduling was a breeze, its a top knotch company, and we will call on them again.

Went great even had them move stuff at the house

They arrived on time and went straight to work. The old house was emptied amazingly quickly as was the storage unit. The move into the new house took a little longer but considering they have to be directed what to put in what rooms it was still pretty quick. The guys were friendly, did not stand around talking, and were careful. I think the total amount of "damage" to property was 1 scuff on a wall and one picture frame had broken glass. The frame could have been due to our packing it as much as them moving it so not really concerned about it. The scuff was from trying to move a large refrigerator down stairs that make a U turn and it was a very tight fit so again not really much they could do. I would definitely use these guys again if needed. I gave them a B on price and only because you always want it to be cheaper but all things considered it was money well spent.

There were two guys they were both friendly and nice.

I recently finished my basement, and needed some furniture items moved from the upper floors to downstairs. Because I had used A-Dreiske Local Moving 2 years ago for a similar project (master bedroom furniture moved to first floor), they were my first choice for this task. I spoke to Roxanne at A-Dreiske on Monday about the basement move, and a few hours later she called back and said their crew was available Tuesday morning! Jeff and Don arrived right on time, had me walk them through what was going where and they got right to work. About an hour later everything was done! They were VERY careful of my furniture and my walls; there was no damage at all to either, even though the basement stairs were a challenge for the bigger items. Very pleasant guys to work with! The cost may seem high for the time spent, but the effort and care taken made it a bargain! I will definitely use the company when I move to my next house!

The experience was good overall! Three movers showed up right on time and were very efficient! They kept busy the whole time and I didn't even see or notice them take a break. This is the second time I've used this company and was pleased overall again. The only disappointment was a couple damaged areas: - wall at bottom of staircase was dinged and scraped in two separate instances. - wood trim near basement was dinged and scraped. The mover's acknowledged the damage by the staircase, but only stated that he lost his balance on one occasion and that he should have put his hand between the wall and mattress to protect the wall. I did not notice the wood trim damage until after after the move was complete. I am not one to complain too much or demand discounts, however; I will probably be contacting the company to discuss options. Or, the company is free to contact me based on this report. But thank you again for an overall positive experience.

The experience was as positive as a move could be! I was pleasantly surprised when the movers showed up very close to the scheduled time with four guys. They were courteous, prompt, efficient and didn't seem to "nickel and dime" us with add-ons/additional charges. They kept very busy and only took necessary short breaks. This company was referred by a family friend after a positive experience and we were very happy with their service. We will be contacting them shortly to help us with our next move!!

Four young guys showed up almost on time (about 10 minutes late), which is pretty good in my experience. I was pleased that they brought a crew of four - it was more expensive but totally worth it. They worked hard, and took limited, reasonable breaks. The team stopped to smoke only every 90 minutes (taking about a 15 minute break) and spent about 20 minutes eating the lunch that I picked up for them. I didn't see them sitting down or moving slowly at all - they hustled the whole time except for the breaks. They loaded carefully, and so far we haven't found anything missing. One table had a brace that was broken - I expect that they put boxes on the brace. Also, while all of the heavy stuff was in the right place in the new house (hurray!) several of the boxes weren't in the rooms that they were labeled for. Not a big deal, and considering how much we moved I was okay with these couple of issues. All in all, they did a good (but not perfect) job. I would recommend them and would use them again - thanks for the hustle, guys!

THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY SENT FIVE MEN AND TWO TRUCKS AND WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL WORK IN THE DAY. STUCK TO THE ESTIMATE. ATTENTION TO DETAIL COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. HAD TO ASK THEM TO DO ITEMS, NOT REAL MOTIVATED. THEY SCRATCHED AN ANTIQUE DRESSER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO COME TOUCH IT UP AND I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED.
