 + 0 moreThe job appeared to have gone well until winter came and the snow blankets created settling. There was still puddling in the same spot we asked them to fix and after reaching out to them, the owner Patrick decided that they are not responsible and we need to pay out of pocket to fix the issue. Bare in mind we already shelled out over $2000 to get this work done, yet the goal was not accomplished and we're held responsible. Will not be using them again and advise others to weigh your options carefully.

 + -1 morePatrick and his team installed new sod in my backyard. After the install the sod looked great! There were some dead patches of sod that did not come back the next spring. Patrick went above and beyond and had his crew come back and replace the dead patches of sod even though per the contract they do not warranty sod. This is going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Patrick and Revive Your Lawn.

 + -1 morePlease be careful when using this company. They billed me for services they claimed were done when it was clearly obvious to me that it was not (i.e. aeration and power raking). If you're going to hire them, just make sure you're there to see that they actually complete the work. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone. Especially since when I spoke with them about my concerns, they were very rude and condescending towards me.

Description of Work: Our landscaping projects have been deferred until next year. . We plan on hiring this company next spring for part of the quoted work, specifically to remove roots and poor soil from areas where we've had trees removed, and to add a couple of new plants. We had also intended to sod a large area, but have decided to try another approach instead. However, we were disappointed when we were told we'd have the estimate in a day or two, and didn't see or hear anything more for at least 10 days. Setting the right expectations is key and if it's going to 10 days, for example, just say so - at least call/email and say it's in progress.

 + -1 moreAfter not calling me back with an estimate, I made gave them a bad review. However, the owner of the company called me and apologized. Within 2 days, I had an estimate. Their week maintenance contract was a little expensive and their overall spring cleaning was a little expensive too.

 + -1 moreThis is my second year to use this company and I am glad I found them. They care about the property they are working on, clean up and all the employees are respectful. Thing I also like is they watch the weather and do not mow if it is raining. we have also had them do bush trimming and was pleased with the service.

The owner made a personal visit to review the bill in detail, which uncovered the perceived discrepancies. He handled it very professionally and amicably. This is a young, creative firm, and will continue to grow because the owner has a vision for his business.
