+ -1 moreHorribly. I have a cracked tub. I have to take it out and destroy my tile job!
Description of Work: I had these fools install my Kohler tub and they botched the job! The first time I got into the tub it cracked! I can hear the cracking as I walked in it. I specifically asked these losers to use concrete to secure it and to make sure it wouldn't last. I called and told them of the problem and have been giving me the run around for weeks, they don't even answer the phone anymore. Do your self a favor and dodge these alley plumbers!

+ 1 moreAll three times the work was excellent. The first job was a plumbing job where he found a fix that saved me $300.00.
Description of Work: I have used him three times now for different jobs, electrical, plumbing and interior painting. The last visit was for painting a bathroom and a 12 x 12 room.

+ -1 moreThey had a pretty good price and they just got the job done. There are different levels of getting a job done. They ripped through things and didn't take care in asking questions where things should be placed and following the plans. It was kind of our fault too by not being on them all the time. We left them to their own and they wouldn't ask any questions.
Description of Work: We used T & M Plumbing to replace all the piping in our 2-story house. They replaced all the water and waste.

+ -1 moreTim was great. He was referred to me by my realtor, who let me know that "Tim will do the best work and will charge you less than anyone around." I called Tim late on a Wednesday night and left him a VM. He returned my call within fifteen minutes. I explained the job briefly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time with his associate, Israel. He took care of my problems and even threw in another shut off valve for the water that the bank forgot to install. Prompt, professional, and VERY affordable. Tim is definitely a Chicagoan, and I appreciate his experience and knowledge for plumbing and other general jobs. I will definitely be using him in the future.
Description of Work: Remove pipe installed by bank (foreclosure-purchased home) in order for the city to install a new water meter. Install two dilectic unions on water heater.
