Description of Work: Roy Strom gave our condo association a detailed estimate and quote for service. We were not able to get out of our current contract to use them but the written quote enabled us to negotiate our current contract down from 'highway robbery' to 'mildly inconvenient'. Thank you Roy Strom!

 + -1 moreGreat. These guys understand the regulations in my Village and know about placement. I got the first dumpster for $300 and the second for $360 (due to the second having heavy demo items). The price was great--they beat my contractor's 10% discount at other providers. The delivery was on time to the minute. 11am meant 11 am. Driver was courteous and professional. Dispatch is nice, friendly and knows the drill. I would use them again for sure.
Description of Work: Drop off 20 foot rolloff dumpster for house clean up; will pick up dumpster and deliver another for demo work.

 + -1 moreOur condo was looking for a new waste/recycling collector. Roy Strom Inc. was one of the companies we contacted. Their quote was the lowest and we got several favorable recommendations from other people we knew so we chose them. It took several months for the board to make the decision, while we kept going back and asking for more and more information. Then we had a lot of trouble ending our prior waste/recycling contract, and that process took a few more months. All told, it probably took 6-7 months between the time we first contacted them and we finished making the transition. Though it all, the personnel at Roy Strom were very understanding, and accommodating, and always a pleasure to deal with. Now that we've made the switch, we've very happy with their service and how economical it is.
Description of Work: They are the waste/recycling hauler for our condo building (59 units).
