They finished the job in less time than they anticipated.

Repaired everything but took several visits to complete the repair work. To there credit, they were very fair in the pricing and did not overcharge because of the additional visits. I have used them for maintenance for almost twenty years and they have always provided excellent service.

Estimator was prompt, professional & courteous. Crew showed up on time on scheduled day of installation. Work was done quickly and the crew did an excellent cleanup job before they left. Everything operates properly. Very pleased with overall experience. Price was abit higher than other estimates that I got, but I feel that I got good value for my money!

He checks every sprinkler head. They did a great job. They come out in the spring and the winter. They turn it off in the winter and turn it on in the spring. We have a service contract with them. They replace any sprinkler heads that don't work. They take care of it with no questions asked. They are friendly. He is excellent. They only do the sprinkler system. They drain all of the water out. Then in the spring they turn it back on and go around and make sure that every head is working correctly. I'm very happy with them.

Exceptional attention to detail...not the cheapest BUT supports the idea that you get what you pay for.

The pricing was too high and the customer service etiquette of their office staff was horrible. Originally when I contacted the company to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with a very rude and unprofessional tone. I was later treated poorly when I questioned the ourtageously high pricing for turning on/off my system. The attitude is that they believe that there are no other options outside of their servicing area. This company is not someone I would recommend.

They did a very poor job. The system has never really worked very well. I have had a lot of flooding. The sprinkler patterns were very poorly done. We get a lot of water on the patio and not on the grass. They want $600 to correct the problem which was their mistake. The maintenance contact is about $300 per year which is just to turn and off the system. I was told included maintenance, but I always got charged for any repairs. For example, they tried to charge me $350.00 just to move one sprinkler head and replace a broken one (which took no more than 20 minutes during the turn on process, i.e. they were at my house already). When I complained about the price, they said that they would not service me in the future. That was fine with me, I would never use them again.

Their service is excellent. We have called them when a sprinkler has broken and they were out within two days to fix it. The office staff is easy to work with and all the staff is excellent and very professional.

Although I wish we'd done this years ago so I didn't have to drag around sprinkler's all those years, it was a rough start. In the twenty + years we've lived in our home, I have personally regraded the yard and planted every blade of grass, flower and bush we have and I am admittedly protective of my yard. The salesman was Chris Schmidt whom we had trouble ever getting hold of after the initial visit. I had specific questions to which he gave answers and requirements for plantings I did not want dug up as well as other areas of concern. Unfortunately, NONE of these made it to the installers. They began digging where they wanted, would not listen to me about the "specifications" I had made, treated me like a "stupid woman" and actually put several sets of controls in the area that I told the job boss we were going to put a brick walkway. It took several more days off work, delaying other contractors, repairing the depressions they left, and replacing plantings to straighten it out.

The gentleman who repaired our sprinkler system (Armando) was very punctual. We were given a 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm window for an emergency repair and his truck was sitting outside of our house by 11:30 am. We invited him to start early, which he did. He was very careful to use shoe coverings, very efficient and friendly. He found several problems and corrected them quickly (which meant a lot to us, as they charge labor by the hour). I asked him to estimate what the job would cost and how long it would take. He came pretty close, and worked hard to keep our costs down. The pipe repair was done as neatly as he could; he saved the turf, used a tarp for the excavated dirt and carefully replaced them when finished. I'm sure the spot where he had to dig will not be noticeable in a few days. Armando was great, and a wonderful representative of Muellermist, we'll definitely ask for him the next time if we can!

Their installation was very poor. Their service follow up was terrible. I have a very very hard time getting anyone to even answer the phone. They always sent a different repairman who had a different explanation and solution. None of their solutions has yet worked. I still have major leak in the system. They charged way to much!

The estimate for the in-ground sprinkler system was very high. They came out when promised and they seemed very knowledgeable. We gave them our platt and they designed a system for us. The only problem is the price.

When the system was designed they installed it seamlessly and as I did more landscaping, added to the system. My planting beds look great each year and I don't have to worry at all about the system. Once in a while there is a leak but they are out promptly to fix it. Just a pleasure to deal with.

They are always punctual and often arrive earlier than scheduled. The service representatives are polite. If they've ever needed to enter the house to work on the water valves, they always take their shoes off so not to make a mess in the house.

Our overall experience was mixed. We encountered a substantial number of problems but also received quick responses to our issues. Chris (sales) was very pleasant and explained the whole process, he arrived on a Sat at our convenience. We were not notified the work needed to be rescheduled when the crew did not arrive. We received a prompt response from Chris (sales) when contacted on a Sat during his vacation explaining the communication breakdown. The company had difficulty working with the village obtaining a permit and installation occurred approximately 4 months after our first meeting. The work crew performed the work even in 100+ degree temperatures and were very friendly. The lawn had multiple areas that did not recover and required re-seeding. Andy (President) addressed all of our issues very promptly and compensated us for re-seeding and the other issues affecting installation. I believe this is likely an isolated experience.

I was very disappointed, as they were recommended by some of the other contractors who didn't come North of North Ave. And, I saw them advertise at the Urban Chicago City in a City exhibit in Grant Park and thought they did a good display at the Christy Webber exhibit. But, if they can't even return the phone call, then really how could you count on them to be reliable?

The workers were great; they knew what needed to be done, acted professionally and worked in extreme conditions- 40 degrees with icy rain!

VERY GOOD...ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL...BUT ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. I'VE TALKED WITH OTHERS WHO HAVE THIS SERVICE DONE FOR HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGED ME!

THEY DID THE JOB DILIGENTLY, THEY WERE LATE ARRIVING BUT DID GET THE JOB DONE. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.

VERY DISAPPOINTING... MY SECOND MESSAGE POLITELY ASKED FOR A RETURN CALL AND NOTED THAT IT WAS A SECOND CALL.

I BOUGHT A HOUSE THAT APPEARED TO HAVE A DISCONNECTED SPRINKLER SYSTEM. BASED ON AN UNDERSTANDING OF A FREE ESTIMATE, I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WOULD BE INVOLVED TO RECONNECT THE SYSTEM. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY COULD JUST TURN ON THE SPRINKLER FOR $84. THEY ARRIVED AND PROCEED TO TELL ME THAT THE SYSTEM IS DISCONNECTED, WHICH I ALREADY KNEW AND CHARGED ME $84 FOR THE VISIT. (THE SYSTEM WOULD NEED TO BE GUTTED AND STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN). THEY HAD THE BLUEPRINT FROM THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION 30+ YEARS AGO. THEY HAD NOT COME OUT IN MANY YEARS FOR PREVIOUS OWNERS, SO IT SEEMED LIKE THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS DISCONNECTED AND AVOIDED THE TRIP. THE EXPERIENCE WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND LEFT A BAD TASTE AS I WROTE THE CHECK FOR $84 AND THEY WERE VERY LATE!

THE FIRST THING I LEARNED ABOUT LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEMS IS THAT COMPANIES WILL NOT WORK ON SYSTEMS OTHER THAN THOSE THEY INSTALLED. OUR HOUSE'S PREVIOUS OWNER LEFT NO RECORD, BUT I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO STUMBLE ACROSS MEULLERMIST, FROM ANGIE'S LIST. THEY HAD THE ORIGINAL BLUEPRINTS FOR THE SYSTEM, AND HAD INSTALLED IT IN 1947. I CALLED IN EARLY JUNE, AND ARRANGED FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT ASAP, WHICH WAS JULY 5. SERGIO ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, WAS VERY POLITE, CLEAN AND INFORMATIVE. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS HE SAW, AND THE HOURLY RATE. HE WORKED FOR THREE HOURS, EXPLAINED WHAT HE DID AND THE COST BREAKDOWN. OVERALL, AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I FEEL THIS IS A COMPANY I CAN DEPEND ON AND I AM GLAD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY EVERY SPRING AND FALL.

I HAD THE FEELING THAT THEY WOULD RATHER WORK WITH COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS RATHER THAN A RESIDENTIAL SALE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T KNOW THAT THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY, BUT IT WAS THE END OF THE SEASON TO GET THIS KIND OF WORK DONE. I THINK IT MADE A DIFFERENCE THAT I TOLD THEM I HAVE AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERSHIP.
