carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI sent photographs showing the end results of the carpet cleaning. I had told the gentleman that had cleaned the carpets that it didn't look very good. He replied that it would lighten and look better when it dried. It did not. I received a phone call and was told that his machine wasn't working correctly shortly after he arrived and started the cleaning but was told by the technician that it was correctly. I am hiring another company to come out and re-clean my carpets.
Description of Work: I hired them to come out and clean my carpets.

+ -1 moreThey were great! I really liked their professionalism and how courteous they were. Two technicians cleaned a lot of carpeting for me. They worked separately at times to help with efficiency, but came together when tackling the bigger areas. Overall, I was impressed by their service.

+ -1 moreThey would have moved furniture, but we did it ourselves. They contacted me with a change of schedule when it was just going to be an hour difference. They did a good job and were responsive and responsible.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my whole 400 square foot basement, 3 sets of 7 stairs and 3 different landings that measures 18 square feet each. They also cleaned one chair. Specific stains on the stairs and chair were targeted and they did not move any furniture.
