Edward and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with from the initial visit to the completion of the project. The whole process was clearly explained and Edward did not hesitate to answer all my questions throughout the project and offer options. They were very conscientious about cleaning up. My husband still needed to work during the process, and they made sure to run power for him. I highly recommend them.

Enrique from Bridge ServPro called me Tuesday morning, 5/30/23 concerning my electrical issue (replace outside light fixture). Wasn't expecting the call but I'm glad I answered. Enrique came out within the hour to assess my problem. During his observation we also agreed for him to fix 2 other electrical issues. Enrique purchased what was needed. He replaced the light fixtures in a timely manner and did an excellent job. The cost for the entire project was very reasonable for my budget. Enrique provided excellent customer service. He is a calm, polite, customer friendly, task focused & a knowledgeable young man. I plan & hope to connect with Enrique for my other electrical projects.
